Heat and Back Support
I waited a while before leaving a review and I can say that this lumbar support (for your bed) has really helped with my pain. I will tell you that you need to be careful when having the heat on the high setting for too long. It gets very hot, and even though it auto adjusts to the lower setting (there are 3 settings) it’s still pretty hot. I wrap mine in a thin towel and wear a shirt and it still gets pretty hot. I really do like this thing! I use it mostly every day and it’s helped ease my lower back pain. The support and heat is a great combination. Be careful not to fall asleep if it’s on the high setting!

Great…for a while
Initially, this was a morning changer. The shape, size and material provide great support for my lower back and morning coffee was a cozy, comfortable way to start the day until the heating pad quit working. Maybe I expected too much, but now it’s just another lumbar support pillow that I’ll use in the car for long trips. Sigh…

This has made such a huge difference for me – I am buying another and have recommended it to multiple people with low back and sciatica pain.I sleep with this – use it on the couch and take it with me in the car even though my Lincoln has great lumbar support – it is not enough – and car rides are miserable – this has really helped.The heat surprised me as it is instant – My only complaint is the super bright LED light! I need to put tape or something over it as I have to cover it on my bed when I go to sleep – it will light the whole room up. Need pitch back when sleeping. Other than that it is great -I read the size may be small for some, however, my father-in-law is pretty big and he loved it – I am small so it’s perfect for me.Highly recommend.

The product comes balled up. Once you open it, it unfolds and is very soft. I can tell it will not hold enough support. Once you lay down on it flattens. Not worth the money will be returning.

The heat setting on this thing is impressive. I have to do the middle setting cause the highest is to hot for me. But it’s helped me tremendously. I broke my lower/middle back twice as a child and have a lot of arch in my back. This pillow helps fill that in AND applies heat where it hurts.
