Love this bulbs I have finally completely switched my home over to smart bulbs and plugs this is a very reliable brand. Easy to set up. Color is great a little different purple then my first 10 I bought which were Tuya but they work great we will see after a few month how they hold up. They are very bright and vibrant. My kids love the colors and I love the voice command as Iâm normally in the go win win. Super fun.

Honestly, I canât believe I havenât bought these sooner. Theyâre freaking awesome. The app is easy to use and you can customize your lights each individual bulb to whatever you want. They have preset things you can put it on. Iâm freaking in love with them. Iâm gonna buy another pack cause I want every bulb in my house to be one of these. Rating one because the webiste is awful
the website used with the works with google signin is terrible. it almost never loads, the “buttons” usually dont do anything, which is especially frustrating as the login button never works. if you do get anything to work its the email verification which takes too long or the code is always outdated because its constantly requesting you a new one as you cant ever tell if its working.every now and then you have to reconnect the side services and this makes this basically impossible.Otherwise, i have no issue with the bulbs themselves. I wanted a large number of bulbs of one type for a reasonable price that would all work under 1 app to make life easier.I appreciate how quickly the app finds bulbs and registers them rather than having to wait by a bulb and register them slowly one at a time, you can plug in your bulb with the app open and once youre done just sit down and finish the registration.Colour works well and they are nice and bright.The app itself is fine too.I jist wish the login page the works with google sign in takes you to worked. No point in having smart lights if you can control them through alexa/google.

App is Finicky, But They Worked In The End
I have several sets of Alexa-compatible smart bulbs around the house. This set forced me to use a different app than what I had previously employed (it is multi-compatible with every other Chinese brand smart light I use), which was annoying. While I eventually got the app and lights paired and got the groups recognized in the Alexa app, I have noticed more instances of non-response and dropped connections with this set of smart LEDs than any other I’ve used. As such these are not my preferred smart light brand and product. To the product’s credit, the lights have a good color gamut and their warm light setting is good for an LED bulb.

One of the Better Smart Bulbs
Honestly, no pun intended, but I have a lot of smart bulbs from a lot of different companies and while some of them are a pain in the you know what I’m happy to report that DAYBETTER is not on that list. Why, let’s start with the bulb. Any bulb, smart or not should have information printed on it that helps you identify what the bulb is and where it came from. In addition, since Smart Bulbs are considered devices, they should be UL listed. Smart bulbs that follow FCC regulations will probably work much better than bulbs that are not. The user manual is available directly from this light bulb.Next is the APP. You could have the fastest car on the block but if fill it with bad gas it’s gonna run like crap. I do not use the app so I am giving this app high marks because of how easy it connects to my Alexa. Correct there are many ways to connect bulbs to Alexa the best is a direct link through MATTER. The next best thing is through an Alexa SKILL. And finally the least favorite would be through the device selection. I’m not going to go through these in detail but DAYBETTER App connects through an Alexa SKILL. Bravo.When I decided to get an Alexa device and use it to turn light bulbs on and off I was happy just being able to do that. The colors, the routines, and all the other things were not important to me however, these are colored light bulbs and you need to know the truth. The app that comes with the light bulb will have more features, and more colors than using that very same bulb with Alexa. I will give just one example. Your color selection under the app is unlimited but from Alexa you have just a dozen or so. And some of those colors may not work very well. Orange may look white yellow may look green yada Yada Yada. Regardless me personally I’m not bothered. I’m 60 years old and the lights in my skylights are programmed to come on one hour after sunset at 50% brightness in the color orange. And that right there is cool enough for me.Cheers

Smart bulbs are really the only way to go these days, and these are perfect! So nice to walk into a room and ask your personal assistant to set the mood via color, dimming, or both. Absolutely love all the choices you can make and setting up a routine is about the coolest thing ever. Great purchase!
