Decent router. Easy setup.
This seems like a pretty good router. I havenât been using it long yet but do far itâs working well. Has a good strong signal. Eat to set up. The setup menu (if you go back in after the initial setup) is slightly confusing but is actually pretty intuitive if you just think simple. Donât try to make it complicated). The build is ok. All plastic like most but send pretty well made. There is a slide switch in the settings that you need to turn on if you want it to automatically select/switch between the two bands.

No password
Great signal easy setup but when you go to the so-called website on ttheinstructions you go there and it says dangerous website but you click on it anyways and then you put in your password but it won’t let you put one in.

Cheap in price but decent in operation.
For half of a Ben Franklin ($50) this router offers very good performance although it lacks the advertised WPA3. I had a high end router but it was getting long in the tooth. I was looking at a lot of money to replace it with something of similar stature but of course newer. When I saw this, I figured I would use it while I try to find a permanent replacement. It had decent bandwidth and features especially for the price point. It has been serving our household internet needs now for several months. Along with running many smart home appliances and devices. The only negative is the absolute lack of WPA3 which normally wouldnât bother me but if youâre going to advertise a feature; you should make sure your product actually has said feature.

Not WPA3 compliant as advertised.
Advertised to be WPA3 compliant. Definitely not WPA3.

Long tern support is questionable.
This is a basic Wifi 6 router. It was easy to set up and test. The price is good for the supported features. I ordered this router because it supported Wifi 6. The router performs well. My concern is that I can not find any internet support site for this router or company. There was no automatic firmware upgrade available. While the router works, I suspect I will not receive much if any support with software updates. Many users will not care. I believe long-term support is important for a router. I also believe it is important to have trust in the company behind a product that is crucial to your internet access. Without having a website presence for this product and company, makes me concerned. I will likely set this up as a wifi access point only, and never use this as a router.

Good signal for price, standard setup
Good signal for price, standard setup:I ordered this product to replace my older router that had gotten a lot slower in recent months. This is pretty common for wifi routers, and having owned both less expensive and more expensive models, I decided to try this one out to see if it’d be a good fit. Less expensive models in general don’t have the best signal, as you’d might expect, whereas more expensive ones are awesome but inherently burn out over time, especially if used consistently or in an environment that lets it get nice and hot during usage. I’ve found that the more expensive models, since they get replaced every few years anyway, weren’t worth it since I use the router mostly for basic internet browsing, streaming movies, etc. This model is more than adequate for my purposes and the signal remains strong even on the other side of the house. The product also has ethernet ports so I can wire in when I do use my xbox and could use a boosted signal/faster internet speeds. The slim design of the router also makes it easy to fit onto my cluttered kitchen desk and doesn’t overheat.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

My older mesh router is more reliable
Iâm fairly tech inclined and had no issues setting this up. I wanted to use it as the router to integrate with my current mesh network, and that was easy enough to do. But using my much older router gave me much more reliable WiFi, especially for the security camera and other things that need to operate on the 2.4 GHz band. Streaming was not seamless nor reliable, and after two days with this and dealing with dropped connections and poor speeds, I reverted back to my old router. I may use this as an extender, but I havenât tried yet, so I canât comment on it.

A great little router or Access Point
Internet companies are getting more and more sneaky these days when it comes to extracting âfeesâ from their customers. For example, while the monthly price for just the internet goes down, they add more fees to make up for that cost. For example, the router/modem combo that used to be free is now ârentedâ, to make up that extra cost. Of course, you could get your own router/modem combo, but then anytime you call customer support they would blame that for any issues. No, Iâm well and truly locked into using their Modem/router, but I wonât pay $15 monthly for a range extender! I have an oddly shaped apartment and the router/modem is, of course, all the way at one end of the apartment and there are deadzones at the other end. I decided to purchase this Router and use it as a repeater as a way to get rid of these deadzones â and it was a great choice. This router is easy to setup â I just plugged it in to power and a long Ethernet cable from my router/modem and immediately the Wi-Fi network came up. Going in to change the settings via the web console was simple as it pulled an IP from the DHCP system and had a big âswitch modesâ toggle. I swapped it from âRouter modeâ to âAccess Pointâ mode, with a static IP and, after a restart, it was accessible again.I then had it copy the wireless settings from my current Wi-Fi (Yes itâs called âPrettyFlyForAWifiâ and no, Iâm not sorry) and suddenly I could walk around my entire apartment with no signal drops at all. It even does Wifi 6, so that cute little 6 icon shows up on my Android phoneâs Wi-Fi icon. Iâm not doing anything that NEEDs Wi-Fi 6, but itâs nice to have the option. With the ethernet backhaul, I also donât have any issues with transferring files to and from my local NAS.
