Small, great, does not mess up like other comments suggested with the constant need to restart I hooked it up to my spectrum mobile modem and havenât had a single problem for over a month out of it. Would recommend for size, price, signal reliability and strength.

Easy install
This router was so easy to hook up.Its surprised me. So far it is working perfectly. After changing internet providers, all I needed was a way to make my wireless printer work. This did the trick!

Not worth 1 star
It would not even allow me to enter the factory password on the label. I tried a total of 9 times doing a factory reset after each try. The interface is awful when you are trying to use it. It does not fully display on your phone even though that is the way they encourage you to use it. Both the documentation and the app are written so poorly they are difficult to understand. I tried both 2.4 and 5 ghz sides so I really did give this a fair shake. Shouldn’t be allowed to be sold on Amazon. Huge waste of my time. Some of that is my fault, I just looked at the star rating and not the reviews. Someone gave it a 5 star rating which made it look a lot better than it was. That user was a Vine person who got it free, so maybe they didn’t even try it.

This so called router is not worth it I wanted to use as an access point on the far side of the house now while this may be good as a stand alone router thatâs not what I wanted to use it for set up was a pain and it took forever for my devices to connect to it.My setupI have spectrum and they provided a router which I donât currently use I have a netgear nighthawk as my main router that covers most of our 4,000 square foot house however that router struggles to stretch the entire floor area so I thought it would be good to get this as an additional access point but night hawk would not let me configure it in its settings as an access point long story short you canât use as an access point and I would definitely not recommend for whole home WiFi it has no security protocols and is very cheaply made.But for a cheap get you by backup router it would be perfect so I ended up getting a secondary router to be used on our mesh system and this one will be put on a shelf in the event a router goes down 3 stars for their efforts.

A good basic router at a great price
I am a long way from being a tecchi guy but if you have a couple of hours I could regale you with tales of the number of hours I have spent trying to get my router to connect to the Internet and then to my computers. Trust me: I have a very low threshhold for this sort of pain! About two and a half months ago my beloved and VERY expensive router just decided to die. I tried everything but one morning it was just no longer working. I called it my “beloved router” because this was the first one that had worked seamlessly for me for four years and then, there it was: just so much black plastic trash. So since it had been so good, I bought another one. Now, here comes the Dbit AC122 Gigabit Dual Band Wi-fi router and I had to give it a try. I was impressed. I connected it and it seemed almost instantly with no coaxing it just grabbed the Internet and the rest of the set up was easy-peasy and I was off and running. Best of all for only $30 bucks? Wow!I don’t have the expertise to detail the signal strength or the speeds uploading or downloading and compare it to the other router I have, but from my observation, it was more than adequate for anything I might need to do, like write Amazon reviews and upload them from my desk. At the very least, this is a great router to keep handy for when my VERY expensive router decides it is time to ride off into the sunset. And I gotta tell you it is VERY refreshing to see some part of this Internet connectivity equipment in WHITE instead of the black that you cannot see clearly without lighting the strength of the sun!The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because there are only four ports on the router instead of five which seems more common, at least on the more expensive, “traditional” brands. Otherwise from my use, I recommend this router as a great value in basic connectivity at a great price.

website to change password does not work
This router is simple and easy to install. However, when you try to go on the designated website to change the password, the site is not functional. I tried to access it on a couple different devices, and was not able. I would return the router, but it was a gift and I don’t need the hassle of returning it. Even though it is a “cheap” router, they should still have a functioning site to update password, etc. The router itself seemed to work fine in sending out the signal.
