Missing propellers and tool.
This is a great drone but it did not come with the extra propellers and tool as advertised in the bundle. Camera is really good but not perfect. Flys really easy and great for beginners.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when i started it up, but i certainly didn’t expect a drone to fly like this! its so smooth and easy to handle! i gave some other drones five stars but this drone is the best! i absolutely tried some of the rest, but this one is no doubt a class all by itself! please don’t let the size fool you! or don’t let the price discourage you! it will be the only drone you’ll buy!

I’d give no stars if it were an option.
The company (DJI) is as unprofessional dishonest as one can imagine. These drones are known for taking off apparently and the company seems to think the customer should be responsible. After getting multiple conflicting reports of what to do after it took off and crashed the first time, I repaired it myself. Then it took off Upward and almost hit Pluto a few months later and then finally, a month ago or so it took off several hundred yards into trees 50+ feet up. Mind you I’m an experienced drone pilot. So after spending a day getting it down and being promised by DJI it would be replaced, I again get nothing but the run around resulting in them giving me an “estimate” for repairs. This also after a whole day of getting them my flight records in which nobody really can explain how to get the dozens and dozens of files to them so who know if they actually got them.. The drone was damaged because it for whatever reason would just take off and this was brought to their attention early on, as well as it not having all of the parts. Of course they guaranteed it was not a refurbished drone, but the surgery says, that is a lie. In the repair report they even stated there was issues with something in the controller electronics, which I’d imagine could be the result of it flying away. At the end of the day they are making a fortune selling us crap products and 100% do not stand behind their quality as what you may read initially. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone who gives a crap about your time, job, and money.

Great drone, but Mini 4k is better and cheaper
DJI drones are wonderful for a newbie like me! They are so easy to fly. They keep themselves stable and the controls are so intuitive that they virtually fly themselves. I have a Mini 4k and wanted a second one, but this company didn’t have any more in stock at the time. It was recommended (via Amazon) that I try the 2SE, so I did. It cost a little more, but I didn’t want to wait for the 4k to restock.This 2SE is almost exactly the same as a 4k, except (1) its video quality isn’t as nice (duh, not 4k) and (2) it costs more than the 4k. Not happy with that and will return it to wait for the 4k. It’s worth the wait.That said, if you’re happy with the cost, you won’t be disappointed with the 2SE. It’s a great and fun little drone.
