Very Cool
I bought this for the time being until Iâm able to invest in the DJI Pocket3. Very good design, it was made very sturdy. The material (plastic) isnât a problem at all. Very smooth to motion and it holds my phone very well. I recently transitioned from a larger pro max to a pro and it worked well with both. The gimbal is extremely lightweight and overall easy to hold and use! I donât think Iâve tapped into half of the features on this thing but Iâm excited to learn!

Precision device I didn’t know I needed.
This is a high-quality gimbal. Part of it stretches the clamp onto your phone and magnetically connects to the gimbal. There is an app that works well with it. If you don’t have an iPhone, you can’t use the record or zoom knob on the side unless you use the app. But it’s great without the app; it stabilizes shots and can track faces. This is a high-quality piece of tech complemented by the Mimo app.

Delicate with heavy phone, limited Livestream, no place for mic receiver
This is a review of the Mobile 6 and MIMO Android app combo.They do what they do very well. Stabilization, tracking, etc… for RECORDING. For Livestream, you can’t use the app, so the functions of the gimbal are more limited. It looks like DJI systems for livestrream are limited to their own cameras – not smartphones.For RECORDING, it integrates will with my Hollyland MAX wireless mics, EXCEPT there is no provision for hanging the receiver on the gimbal. I rubber-banded it to the back of the arm, carefully locating it to maintain balance. But that receiver, plus my Pixel 6 Pro (and a case) make a very heavy load for the gimbal. I can get it to work if I’m gentle, but any sudden moves take the gimbal out of lock. So yes, I’m stressing the limits of the device, maybe exceeding them, but for a two-mic system on my phone, that’s what it takes.It would probably help to remove the case. This particular case is pretty hard to remove – the phone doesn’t just pop right out.For LIVE STREAMING to YouTube, the gimbal still works with limited functions. The buttons to reverse the camera don’t work. The various modes of the gimble don’t work (just the basic pan and tilt work – no Zoom, no Focus, no Spin, etc). The audio functions that the app expand don’t work, so the Hollyland MAX’s two mics are mono to the phone (fine most of the time).If you have a lighter phone, no case, etc, you will probably have a more robust system. When I use mine, I have to be very careful. And the limited functions…. Especially no Zoom (the ‘pinch to Zoom on t//he phone works, but touching the screen is dangerous and the Zoom is jerky and uncontrollable)…. have driven me back to my old Sony video camera for most field production, unless I need the bare minimum of ‘stuff’ to carry.

Easy to use and sturdy!
The setup for this gimbal was simple! Itâs very sturdy, but not too heavy, it connects to Bluetooth quickly, the app with itâs tutorials and its camera make it simple to use. I love that itâs designed with a removable tripod, I use it quite often.Iâve not had a chance to use the remote control feature as I donât have a smart watch.All in all a great purchase!! Iâd buy it again!!

Works Great!
I needed a stable gimbal with subject tracking to start filming social media content of my dog training business. The subject lock works great with companion app, movement is smooth, battery is actually very impressive even for longer form videos or time lapse. Not a bad weight, easy to keep stable and steady during shots filmed with one hand. Cinematic modes feel really smooth and I definitely like the dynamic zoom feature on the companion app. Iâve gotten some killer footage without any help with this tool!

If you like to take pictures with phones then this piece is a must have. Makes your pictures stable and clear, and selfie is very easy to handle as well with tracking your face. With the built in templates it guides you to take clips and then made a fabulous video right away. Wish it has more templates!
