Must Have in your Nursery items!
I love this manual pump for I often use it to collect dripping milk while I breast feed on the other side. Easy to use and clean. It also comes with a Dr. Brownâs bottle which my baby really loves. Overall, it is an essential and must have item for your nursery kit

Effective
This manual hand pump is surprisingly useful & effective. I did find that it could be difficult to get the correct placement in the flange, and sometimes I lose suction. However I bought this to collect letdown while nursing on the other side, and it has been a godsend for reducing mess.

THIS IS THE âPUMPâ I HAVE WANTED MY WHOLE MOTHERHOOD LIFE!1. Itâs silent2. Itâs hands free3. No tubes/little parts⦠one easy to clean piece4. I get the same amount of milk I was getting using the Medela Swing electric pump â 2oz fron the side the baby isnât nursing from first. Maybe another .5-1oz after that on the other sideIâm a mom of 6. Canât believe I didnât have this and messed with noisy, chaotic pumps that didnât give more milk and were NOT hands free or easy to clean.If you pump a LOT like for going back to work, this ainât gonna cut it. But if you are a slacker pumper like me and donât have to pump away from your baby and just want to pump some here and there to have a backup supply for a bottle your baby will probably never learn to take (ðð), this is great to âpumpâ some milk hands free while you nurse.

Good pump for in between feeds and catching milk leaks
I was a little confused when I first saw this on how exactly it works. However I have never had a bad experience with a Dr. Browns item so I went for it. The most important thing to know is that this will not replace a regular pump. It doesnât really âpumpâ at all. It uses suction to extract and catch any leaking milk. I honestly love this thing. Itâs the simplest design ever making it easy to clean. I use it when Iâm nursing on the opposite breast to catch any leaking milk. It sticks pretty well! No need to hold so long as you get it on right on. I also like to use it when I donât have an opportunity to pump right away but I feel the milk coming in and want to keep my supply up. This morning I stuck it on one boob and made breakfast for my kids. Got 2 ounces in 20-30 minutes. Considering buying a second one. During the day I exclusively pump and itâs hard to sit down and do it consistently so this thing really helps out.

Just get the Haakaa
Not as good as the haakaa, it will come unsuctioned easily. I’ve spilled milk a couple times while breastfeeding and using this silicone pump at the same time, whereas the haakaa have never lost suction

Strong suction
I love these hand pumps because they get a better suction than other brands such as the haakaa. These rarely detach when in use where as others have and spilt multiple ounces while trying to collect. May be due to soft, elastic skin but these ones perform the best. Do wish you could buy just the pump though!
