Great Drone at a Fantastic Price!I recently bought the HK55 drone, and I have to say, it has really impressed me! Itâs got a solid, durable build but is still light enough to fly easily. Iâve had no issues with it so far, even after a few small bumps.Build Quality: The drone feels sturdy and well-made. It’s not too heavy, which is great, and it seems like it can handle small crashes, so I donât have to worry too much about that.Easy to Use: This was my first time flying a drone, and I thought it was going to be complicated, but it actually wasnât at all. Syncing it up with the remote and my phone was super simple, and I didnât even need to go through a lot of complicated instructions.Flight Performance: The drone flies really smoothly, and I was surprised by how stable it is, even in light wind. Good starter drone and easy to use.
This drone is a great entry level drone easy to setup and we’ll packaged. I like the seperate remote with cell phone attachment . It uses the HK55 app which is very intuitive. Setup was easy with app and video tutorial and the manual is also easy to follow . I like the GPS and battery low to home function. Also includes a second battery which is nice. It is fun and I would recommend for anyone starting out

Dont use “return home” it’ll take off!
Lost after first flightPushed the return home button, the voice confirmed it was activated, and the it took off, forever lost in the city somewhere inaccessible.Probably should have bought something more quality. My fault. It’s from China. What can you expect?

Easy to use. User friendly app
Right out of the box, it was easy to set spot-on, providing accurate positioning and return-to-home features.The drone is surprisingly stable even in moderate wind, and the camera quality is fantastic for such a small device. Iâve captured some stunning aerial shots that I like that the camera can be adjusted in flight instead of manually. The battery life is decent, allowing for longer flights than I expected. It also comes with an extra battery and the app is user-friendly, making it easy to control and access various features.Highly recommended for both beginners and experienced flyers looking for a reliable compact drone.

This is an excellent drone at a very good price. It came packaged very well and it works great! It comes with instructions on how to get it connected to the phone and get it started and up in the air. I would definitely recommend this drone!

This is a serious drone not just a toy. Was a little difficult figuring it out at first but once we did, this things goes!!! It has a camera too which is cool. You can also connect it to the app and control it that way and not just the remote. It goes fast! Has an indoor and outdoor function for it. Controls are easy. Hands down best drone!!

You get what you pay for.
Overall, this drone isn’t terrible, but I could not get many of the advanced features to work. I found the amount of drift that my drone has to be excessive at times, causing me to struggle to keep my drone from drifting away. This was despite the fact that I was flying in relatively calm conditions. I made sure to go through the entire calibration process each time I changed out the battery as failure to do this can result in nearly uncontrollable drifting. In fairness, there were other times when the drone hovered in a relatively stable manner.I flew this for the first time outside in fairly cold weather, about 42F. I got approximately 8 minutes for each battery. Given that I was taking video the whole time and I was trying to use every feature I could, I was OK with the runtime. I brought the drone back to land as soon as it started beeping the low battery warning as I didn’t want to chance anything. I suspect that in warmer weather the drone should be able to fly and take video for 10-12 minutes per battery which is about what I was expecting.I had a hard time taking smooth video even though I had it in slow mode. I could not get the drone to rotate slowly enough to make video that was enjoyable to watch. The photos did however meet my expectations. It is advertised as 2K, and the quality of the pictures were in line with that claim.I probably would have given this drone 3 or maybe even 4 stars if it were not for the fact that so many of the advanced features did not seem to work. In addition, one of the two batteries does not engage all the way. The receptacle on the second battery is designed slightly differently than the first battery and does not lock into place. I have to use a piece of electrical tape on that battery to make it stay in place. I was hoping to simply get a battery sent to me, but it turns out that I would have to exchange the whole thing, and I do not want to drive 30 minutes one-way to the return center, so I decided to live with the issue.I bought this during a sale, so based on what I paid, compared the features that work (at least for me), I would say that this drone is ok. I bought this as a drone to learn on and not worry if I crashed it. The photos are good enough to share with friends and family on social media. The motion shots are challenging (and disappointing) because it is difficult to fly the drone slow enough to get a nice smooth video, maybe with practice I might do better.
