This drone is a very basic toyânothing more than that. If youâre considering it for an adult, donât. Itâs made of cheap, plasticky materials, and while it does fly and transmit a video signal, the quality is extremely low.That said, it might be fine for younger kids or beginners who just want something fun to play with and arenât expecting high performance. For anyone looking for a serious drone or decent video quality, this is not the one to buy. Itâs strictly a toy.

So tiny it can’t handle a light breeze
This drone is definitely a mixed bag. Itâs impressively tinyâsmaller than a dollar billâand very lightweight, which makes it super compact and easy to carry around. However, its size is also its downfall. A slight breeze can send it flying out of control, and the battery life, while decent, doesnât last as long as Iâd hoped.Setting it up was a real challenge. The instructions were so small they were nearly impossible to read, even with a magnifying glass. I had to figure it out on my own, which led to a lot of trial and error. The first flight was chaotic; it just zoomed off and crashed into things.On the bright side, when I used it with my grandchildren, it turned into a fun family activity. The controls were easy enough for kids as young as three to use, and they loved seeing the live camera feed from the droneâs perspective. The built-in bumpers have been great for protecting the propellersâdespite some rough landings, nothing has broken yet.Overall, while itâs affordable and fun for kids, the lack of stability and hard-to-read instructions make it frustrating for adults. Iâd recommend it only for supervised play and not if youâre looking for something reliable or precise.

WeFone Drone with Camera – great beginner drone for kids and adults.
I ordered this for my 9-year-old granddaughter as she has been asking for a small drone. This is a mini drone that comes with 3 batteries and a camera. You will need a cell phone to access the camera. The camera doesn’t take sharp pictures but I would not expect this for a mini drone. It zips around and the remote does a great job of controlling it. The three batteries are a nice plus and depending on use one of the batteries will give you 15 to 20 minutes of air time. The batteries recharge in about 4 hours. So far while flying the remote has not lost contact with the drone. I am impressed with how well this mini drone works as most mini drones I have tested weren’t dependable. I would order this one again.

Fun to fly. Even good for inexperienced pilots!
This is a fun drone – very small. It fits nicely in the hand. That it comes with 3 batteries is really great. But each battery doesnât last all that long. Unless I didnât have the settings adjusted properly, the pictures it takes arenât the best quality. But it does take pictures. Itâs neat to be able to get a birds-eye-view of an area weâre visiting. Iâm attaching one picture I took while flying it. It gives a bit of an idea of what the quality is. The whole app process was straightforward and very easy. I had no issues making that happen. I do like that the whole thing is contained within the travel case it comes with and that the case itself is pretty small. Is an easy item to toss in the car when heading out somewhere so itâll be a nice addition from time to time.
