I got these a few days ago. I love the benefits of apple cider vinegar but itâs always too potent for me. Gummie form is the way to go. These are very mild. There is a hint of the vinegar but not overpowering and they arenât overly sweet. Soft and they donât stick to your teeth. On par with fresh fruit snacks. I also like that 2 gummies are a serving. I bought magnesium gummies last month and you have to take 3 for a serving!Taken for 3 days now and I think theyâve helped with acid reflux reduction! Worth a try for sure.
