Excellent Quality Super Quite Beautiful Colors
This EQUSUPRO diffuser I purchased is truly an excellent quality item. The manufacturing is top notch. The glass on the otuside is heay duty and very attractive. It is super quite, easy to use, easy to clean, and the color options are great. It just slowly scroll through a wide varity of colors and then you just push the button on the exact shade of color you want or you can just push the button yourself to get the preset colorrs,. It also has normal and dim light settings. The timer buttons are easy to understand. The fact that its plastic parts are BPA free is excellent. It was really well packed and I am keeping the box that it came in for when I move. I puchased two because my space heaters dry out the air in the winter. I have them set on different colors in differnt rooms. Thank you very much EQUSUPRO for taking pride in manufacturing a high quality product!

Beautiful and functional, although, not blue as pictured.
Without the lamp lit, the glass is white with black and gray swirls. On turn on, the light changes through many different colors. Further pushing the button, steps the colors one at a time and holds that color. My wife likes the colors to change where as I prefer the blue. Engaging the diffuser allows a steady mist for a preset time. The only draw back to this is the small size of the reservoir. I have found that just having the lamp lit allows a scent to emanate adequately from the unit. A stronger scent is apparent when activating the power button. It makes a very attractive and functional object on the end table in the living room.

Cute and very effective
This is so pretty. I love it with the lights on, especially the purple setting. Sometimes I turn the light on without the diffuser part because it looks so nice. The diffuser part works well too. It is easy to operate. It makes a little gurgling sound at the beginning but is otherwise very quiet.

Re-purchased a Second Time Years Later
Bought this the first time Nov 2021, here I am almost 3 years later and buying the same one again. It has been great and worked wonderfully on a daily usage. On average, I’ve used it about 6 times a week, sometimes multiple times a day as I would have it on in the am and then refill it later in the day. I’ve been brutal with it as it has been with us while we moved and has never lost color, its lights, appeal, and use. The only reason I’m back again is because it stopped working correctly. When you fill up the reservoir, below the middle piece on the base of the reservoir is a small circle that can be seen when you take the top plastic off. Under this middle piece is the fan motor and a small plastic circular piece (when we took it apart). This circular plastic piece is essential to keep that middle piece in place when you fill up the reservoir with water so it doesn’t spill out the bottom of the diffuser. That plastic piece broke and it leaked water/oil and burned up. We cleaned the circuit board but that circular plastic piece was already broken into pieces and wouldn’t allow proper use. We tried to Macgyver it with a plastic bottle top but no luck. All in all, this is a great diffuser that has withstood some beatings and lots of use. I’m happily buying another.

Company Customer Care Was Good
The best way I can tell others that this company took care of my issue is by showing you the emails that took place between us. They asked me to share my experience on Amazon.My diffuser didn’t stay on for long. I kept it because it is beautiful and goes so well with my decor. I decided to email them about the issue and they sent a new unit that works well. Also to note, the power plug on the new unit is now on the side, not on the bottom which is helpful. It was difficult to plug it in, on the bottom, when it was full of water.Follow the instructions to not overfill and not get water in air outlet channel(this information follows in the email thread). If it doesn’t work properly, email the company. They had the new unit to me within a week. I have the grey swirled glass model.I ran the new unit and actually timed it, and it was on for 3 hours yesterday. I should probably wait a few months before writing a review. But this is just wonderful. I usually make my own candels, and with the cost of wax and scented oils as high as they are it has become rather pricy. This eliminates the need for wax at all.. and uses a tiny fraction of the oils needed to make a candel,,yet provides the same effect. The fact that it lights up makes it all the better. Super quiet. Works well and is nice to look at.

This is a beautiful diffuser. The light changes and glass top is stunning. However, the electrical cord is quite flimsy and unfortunately the unit leaks which is just dangerous. I advised the seller of this and organised a return of the product. I had a few difficulties with this however and I have to say that the company certainly exceeded my expectations to help me out. I have received the replacement item and it works perfectly. It really is a beautiful diffuser. Great company and thank you for your service

I buy it for my mother in law and she use it since she received it. Great changing color, no leaking, easy to use and to clean. The glass is beautyfull and with the light its really relaxing. She use it in her bedroom, sometimes in the bathroom and its really good looking. Very satisfy with it, i recommend it.
