Nice but took a bit to put together it said that there was a letter B on instructions not sure weâre it was supposed to be but was not in the box ?Other than that very nice cat loves it and it strong and sturdy should last a long time medium size just what I wanted also looks more like a blue then gray

Good size for my two cats. They love to watch the world from the top perch. Only issue is the scratch pad is coming off and I’m wondering how to replace it.

I like the sturdy design and parts. The top perch could have stiffer (stronger/harder) side panels, to assist a curled up kitty to keep from falling off the soft sides lol.

I have a petite female cat who is very well behaved. This would not hold up for a large cat who tends to scratch allot. I am pleased with the item for the amount that it cost. Took me about 1/2 to assemble.

Big disappointment
Box was damaged and excessively taped back together. Was obvious that I was shipped something that someone else had returned. There were pieces and hardware missing. Contacted Amazon for a replacement. When the 2nd one came, it too was missing parts and hardware. It could not be assembled as the holes predrilled did not line up and I was NOT going to re-drill holes in it myself. It was returned for a full refund. Do not bother wasting your time with this. It’s garbage!
