So far, it’s excellent!
I was a little bit wary of buying a used product. However, my Fitbit game in absolutely perfect condition. There are no signs of wear whatsoever, not even the tiniest scratch! The display is just stunning and so pleasing to look at. So far, the battery life has been incredible. It came at around 56% when I first turned it on, and is at 51% now 24 hours later. The step tracking, heart rate monitor, and calories burned seems to be good so far, and are all very convenient features to be able to see so easily and quickly. I have not yet used the sleep tracking function yet. I really like being able to see texts, calls, and the time without needing to carry my phone with me everywhere I go, especially at work when I’m frequently moving around but need to watch the time closely. Pairing the Fitbit with my phone was seamless and fast. Also, the watch just looks so pretty and compliments any outfit well. Even just wearing the watch has motivated me to get more movement in. I’m not sure if I will try to go swimming with this watch any time soon, just in case. Overall, I am beyond satisfied with this purchase. I will try to provide an update in the future to see if the watch continues to hold up and be as good as it seems now.

I’ll never buy a used product again!
My 4yr old Versa 2 was dying so I purchased this one. I did not notice this was a “renewed” item. Never again!!! I had trouble charging it from the get-go! I have 3 previous chargers for this Versa 2 but couldn’t get a good connection on any of them. Woke up yesterday to the watch being completely dead. Again tried to charge and it took me HOURS to get a connection. When it was finally charged I had to go thru the process of re-connecting as ALL of the info was lost and had to start over! WTH!

Who knew
I always wanted one but to be honest I didn’t want to pay the price for a new one. Well when I saw the refurbished one I took the chance. Glad I did. No problem with set up. Battery last 7 days until charge needed. And tracks what I want really well.

Great Fitbit
I was nervous reading the reviews on it being a refurbished product. However, mine came in brand new- still in the original packaging. I love the fitbit. I have no problems with it linking to my iPhone. It works in water- went swimming with it on… and no problems. The battery life is lacking- but every 4-5 days I have to charge it. But overall- it was a great buy.
