I’ve been having trouble with output on my spectra S1, I felt like I was pumping forever and still full, like I just wasn’t emptying out all the way. Super helpful if your breast pump gave you the largest size flanges as the standard and your nipples arenât anywhere near that. Will save you so much time and pain when it comes to pumping to have these handy.

Needed This Sooner
I didn’t take a picture of these items because I jumped into using them right away. I needed this right from the start of my breastfeeding journey and it took me a month to figure it out! It’s easy to use, easy to measure your nipple size, and comes with so many inserts that work with my spectra pump perfectly. Just get them you will not be sorry it is so helpful and no one tells you that your nipples need measured or adjustments and that they can even be different sizes. it’s crazy.
