Review: KECECO Foldable Mini Drone with HD CameraIn addition to the 2 batteries for the drone and an extra set of blades the package comes with a prop removal tool and a small Phillips screwdriver.The 3 AAA batteries needed for the remote are not included.Sturdy: It is durable after a hard crash the camera was dislodged and no longer movable resulting in a gap on the top panel of the drone. I removed the 4 screws (with included screw driver) then remounted the dislodged camera replaced the damaged blades now all is well.Blades: I could not find information on how or where to get extra blades or any blade profile information. I measured the motor shaft at 0.03â and the length tip to tip of the blade 2 3/16â I searched Amazon and could only find slightly shorter blades. I purchased a set and they do work.APP: The WiFi_Cam app did not work well on my iPhone 11 it put the phone in an unusable mode forcing a hard reboot. It works best if you put the phone into airplane mode turn the drone on and connect to the droneâs WiFi access point before launching the APP.Experience: For me as a novice the Instructions were hard to decipher. I achieved around 10 minutes flying time on each battery. I do not like that there is really no noticeable warning when the battery is low. The low battery indicator is the slow flashing LEDs on the front of the drone not very noticeable when in sunlight or when flying using the video mode. It took this novice one set of blades to learn how to control the drone using just the joystick.I like the headless mode making learning easier (drone moves in reference to the position it was facing at start or operators point of view) if I would of known more about headless mode I might of saved a few blades. The flip mode is cool press a button and move the joystick left or right and it does a 360° flip. It does not work well outdoors in even light wind, 3 knots (1 Level) is the max for me. The manual says no more then 4 level.

Perfect for “Gen Z’!
We see this on Amazon and decided to order it for our grandson. He is Generation Z, so it’s almost like they have an innate understanding of WiFi and modern technology. I was looking at the directions for over an hour as I wanted to show him anything he had questions about. I also charged the battery a bit to be able to have a full charge when received. Upon opening this Mini Drone, he looked at it and skimmed the instructions for about five to seven minutes. I wanted to tell him to read the instructions more, but my wife explained ‘Gen Z’ life to me. She was right, again. He had the drone and his phone working in concert in about another five minutes. He attached his phone to the controller, and he was working it like his television games. Each battery lasted a little over ten minutes. Yes, I was impressed. This mini drone is for those individuals that understand the physics of flight…or any ‘Gen Z’ person. I feel like my wife is always, right?? This is really cool.

This is a fun little drone. It is easy to fly and is of decent quality. It is not recommended to fly it outside when there is any type of wind. Great kids toy. Good value for the price.

Creo que estuve dedicando más tiempo en armarlo, configurarlo que poder disfrutarlo.
Estaba muy emocionado de comenzar a probar este mini drone que incluye una cámara supuestamente HD.Me gustó mucho que trajera su estuche para guardarse, también que incluye 2 baterÃas, además de 4 hélices de repuesto, también que se pueda doblar los ejes (foldable).Sin embargo, me desilusionó que su conexión con la app para poder usar la cámara se congelara la imagen, no teniendo buena imagen, congelándose en todo momento, y de baja calidad.El control remoto parece completo y trae incluido un accesorio para poder colocar el celular en el control remoto, aunque no me fue práctico por lo mismo que no pude usar la cámara por la mala recepción/transmisión.El manual de instrucciones no fue muy claro en como iniciar el drone, entre otros detalles, además del diseño del manual con letras muy pequeñas, con ilustraciones pobres.El otro inconveniente es que inicialmente parecÃa el drone ser estable, pero de pronto dejaba de responder y de pronto una de las hélices simplemente se soltó del drone, y el drone, cayendo al suelo.Si bien me pareció una buena idea que trajera los protectores de las hélices, fueron algo engorrosos tanto colocarlos, y si ya están colocados con tornillos es engorroso tener que removerlos nuevamente para poderlo guardar cada vez en el estuche, ya que no se puede guardar con los protectores puestos.El drone parecÃa algo estable, pero no es asÃ, es errático en ciertos momentos, en responder, y aún cuando le puse baterÃas completamente cargadas.2 hélices se estuvieron soltando varias veces, lo cual no me permitió realmente tener 1 sólo vuelo completo que pudiese estar controlando y disfrutándolo.Creo que estuve dedicando más tiempo en el armado, en corregirlo, en resolver los problemas para que volara, o configurarlo. y de grabar con la cámara, de eso ni hablar, ya que no se pudo mediante el uso de la app.
