INGREDIENTS:

2 cups raspberries1 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp maple syrup2 tbsp Organic Omega-3 Seeds Mix

Place the raspberries, maple syrup and lemon juice in a small pot over medium heat.Stir mixture and use a wooden spoon to smash the berries. 2 tsp Organic Omega-3 Seeds Mix 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (or plain yogurt of choice)1/4 cup toasted rolled oats or granola1/4 cup favorite jamHandful of strawberries, choppedHandful blueberries2 fresh prunes, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:
