INGREDIENTS:
LAYER 1:
1/4 cup Organic White Chia Seeds1 cup almond milk2 tsp organic acai powder1 tbsp maple syrup
Layer 2:
1/2 cup fresh or frozen sweet cherries or raspberries1 frozen banana1/2 cup almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all the ingredients in layer 1 in a bowl until well combined.Place in the fridge and let sit for 2-4 hours until you have a thick texture.Spoon your chia layer into the bottoms of a cup or jar.Next, in a blender, blend all ingredients in layer 2. Carefully pour into your cup on top of the chia pudding.Garnish with some fresh berries and enjoy!
Mango Chia Ginger Breakfast Popsicles
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk6 tbsp Organic White Chia Seeds 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup1 tbsp organic mango powder1 tsp organic ginger powder1/2 tsp turmeric powder2 cups coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine chia pudding ingredients in a bowl or jug, whisk well and refrigerate for at least an hour (or overnight).Combine mango layer ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.Pour the mango layer into the molds and top with a chia pudding layer.Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.To remove the popsicles submerge the bottom of the popsicle mold (up to the edge of the top) in room-temperature water for 10-15 seconds, then gently pull to release.
Powerful Raspberry Jam
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups raspberries1 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp maple syrup2 tbsp Organic White Chia Seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the raspberries, maple syrup and lemon juice in a small pot over medium heat.Stir mixture and use a wooden spoon to smash the berries. Let simmer on low for 10 minutes while stirring periodically. Move the heat back up to medium and let mixture bubble for 5 more minutes.Take off of heat and stir in the White Chia Seeds. Let cool before transferring to a glass jar to store in the fridge. Serve as a condiment to your breakfasts or snacks and enjoy!

This is the best price I could find for organic white chia seeds. Theyâre great quality, fresh as Iâd expect. My only complaint (and itâs really minor) is that there are a lot of non-white seeds mixed in with the white. I prefer the white just for aesthetics in baking and chia pudding, but it doesnât make any difference otherwise. Good stuff!
