I was a victim of Instagram and purchased this item. I followed the instructions for the full bottle and saw no difference in weight. The only thing I did notice was the nausea it caused it taken on an empty stomach. I threw up a couple times due to this. Dontât buy.

It’s hard for me to swallow pills and these are small, so don’t get stuck in my throat. Does what it claims to do! And also it’s not like I’ve lost a lof of weight, but I’ve got room in my pants and I feel really lighter. Didn’t provide any less “bloating”
So needless to say it was not effective… I’ve always been tiny and petite but I had a baby 3 years ago and during Covid so I’m not used to the baby weight gain. I am not fat but I have a mid section and some bloating and I was hoping this would help but it did not, might just be my situation.
