I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this but I was pleasantly surprised how well it fit using the AC vent. It was sturdy and stayed in place. The magnet is very powerful and holds the phone in place. Happy with the purchase.

I purchased two – one for my husband and one for me – and we are both really happy with the product. It holds our iPhone 16 pro without any problems. Easy to set up and it even comes with an extra magnet in case your case does not have a magnet installed, and dash board attachments as well. Definitely recommend it!

Works really well/ not for Tesla or one vent cars
I took this to Italy to use as we navigated the country in our rental car. The middle vent was very wide and had a single flap, and it was hard to get it to stay in place as it wouldn’t easily brace. The outer AC had 3 vent flaps, and it was super easy to attach. Overall, I’m really happy with it and will keep it in my travel bag.
It is completely useless in a Tesla rental, as you shouldn’t use the sticky attachment for the dash. We will take that into consideration as we travel and decide what car to consider.
The magnet keeping the phone in place was top notch!

LOVE this Magsafe car mount in my 2017 Tahoe with an iPhone 15 pro max in a Magsafe case. VERRRYY sturdy and very strong magnet!!! In Louisiana (IYKYK) the roads are awful, super bumpy and FULL of potholes but my phone doesn’t ever move or budge.
This product comes with:
-Magsafe mount (your phone magnetizes to perfectly with a Magsafe case)
-a magnet you can place on items that do not have magnetic capabilities
-wipes to clean the item you wish to place the provided magnet on
-2 options for mounting, a peel and stick dash mount (more permanent fixed to where it is placed) or
the adjustable air vent base mount (can be tightened or loosened to fit snug).
All parts and pieces came individually wrapped inside the box. I chose to use the air vent adapter for my phone mount. I love that it has an adjustable metal clip that you place inside the vent and hook on to a damper and twist the knob to tighten the hook. Amazed at how sturdy this made the mount base to the air vent! Super easy installation!!!!!
Coming from the traditional phone mount that you place your phone in and click the arms to hold it in place or pinch the back to release your phone this is a game changer!!!!!!!!!

Strong magnet
So far this has worked great for me. The way this anchors into the car vent is pretty secure and the magnet is quite strong to work with mag safe cases. I haven’t had any issues with the phone falling off the stand or it coming out of the car vent

Works well on a vent.
Attaches pretty solid to the vent. The vent however will not close with this attached. Magnet is super strong. I docked a star because I wanted to use a sticky mount on my dash. The 3M tape on the sticky mounts is a joke. Cleaned the area with the wipes. It was a smooth area, not grooved. The tape didnât stick to it at all. They probably work well on your windshield but who is mounting this to the windshield? Overall decent if you donât mind the vent mount.
