Losing weight
I haven’t finished the bottle yet, but I’ve already lost 10 lbs.! I didn’t do anything fancy. I just ate regular meals without snacking or binging. You take 2 pills for breakfast and 2 pills for lunch. The recommended dose of this product contains as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine containing medications, foods and beverages while taking this product.

I used this product to suppress my appetite and it did just that. I received this product on Monday and took 2 as recommended with breakfast. I did not take the recommended dosage of an additional 2 with lunch. It kicked in within a few hours. I had a strange and somewhat jittery feeling after a few hours but definitely did not have any craving. I usually like to snack all day but was content and did not have an urge to do so. My sleep was a little interrupted with this product. I avoided taking it on Tuesday and went back to snacking. I resumed taking it on Wednesday but only took 1 with breakfast opposed to 2. I did not have any side effects with only 1 and it curbed my craving. I’ve tried many many supplements and they just do not work for me. However, this product is definitely is a winner for me. I’m happy to use a product that does what it claims to do.

I started using probio slim to help me loose weight. I gained 30lbs from stress at work and wanted to get back in shape. I only take 2 pills in with breakfast and have noticed a big difference with bloating. So far Iâve lost almost 4 pounds in a week with working out and cutting back sugar. I donât get the cravings I used too and feel fuller after eating just a little bit.

I did not see much of a difference adding these to my diet. I was taking a different brand specifically for women and I think that one worked better for me. This was a cheap alternative to try and may be good to test out on your system, but it did not work for me as well some others.

These pills did absolutely nothing but made me feel bloated & heavy. The constipation was awful! Didn’t work for me. This is the kind of pill they should have samples of before a purchase. Play at your own risk….if you dare!

Take this Daily With Greens- You Wonât be Disappointed
Every morning, I take 2 of these capsules and thatâs my dose for the day. I also drink a full serving of the force factor greens first thing in the morning as well. Let me tell you- I rarely get bloated anymore. Even when I have been out partying and drinking, my stomach never bloats. This has helped me on my fat loss journey as well because Iâm able to see how I look without all of the water weight and bloating. Will be buying thee indefinitely into the future!
