The first order was great. I felt more energy and mental clarity after taking them. The second order, I didnât take as the container and safety seal were both open/off and Amazon doesnât offer returns or replacements on these types of things, so thereâs some money wasted there. Purchased one of these to see if it was any good. First, if this stuff does work (not saying it does or it doesn’t for the sake of this review lol) I’d say its priced pretty fairly compared to other brands I’ve seen. I’ve had other types of gummies and had some that were hard and stuck to your teeth and I’ve had that were just so soft and chewy it was a bit weird for me to eat. These were almost on point in what you’d look for in some gummies. The tase was also pretty damn good if you ask me.Throughout the entire container, I can’t say I saw a major difference let alone any consistency in day to day usage. BUT, I noticed that there were days that I would be pretty beat and the following day after taking a dose of these, my energy and focus was pretty high for someone that was beat the previous day. This is without even getting a full 8 hour sleep, let alone a whole 6 hours. But I feel like this stuff just builds up somewhere and knows when to kick in LOL…BUT then there were days it was almost the opposite. Not saying I was the opposite to where I was just plain dead. But, my energy was not as it was the previous day and I felt a bit groggy. I am wondering if the two differences are caused by the different intake of foods each day. So I am kind of in the middle of yes it works and no it doesn’t. BUT I am also wondering if I would need to consistently take more than one container in a row to finally see the real differences.Giving it 3 stars for good taste and consistency in the actual gummy itself and for the number of servings for the price.May need to just get some more to see if I can solve this mystery! I hate gummies. Let me say that from the get go. Most things gummy related make me want to puke. That being said, these are not only palatable, but actually pretty good! They are pretty effective for why I got them so far as well. I definitely feel more balanced and they even seem to have helped with my energy levels throughout the day. I’m much more inclined to get my workout in after a long day that I would typically skip othwrwise as a busy military dad in his 40s with kids ranging from 18 to 2 y/o. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for an easy way to supplement.

Unusual taste but not horrible. 20 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 3 g of sugar per serve. Contains Vitamin D and Sodium. Contains Boron, fenugreek, black maca, horny goat weed and other supplements. Contains cane sugar and tapioca syrup. Contains vegetable oil and coconut oil. These gummies were fine but I’ll be looking for a supplement with less sugar in the future.
