Great Product for the $, even better customer service!
I typically don’t leave reviews on products but felt compelled to do so on this drone. From the start the product shipped very fast. The main reason I was drawn to this product was the 4.9 out of 5 star review on Amazon, the great price point, and all of the amazing talk about the top notch customer service. Well I’m here to tell ya it’s all true. After about a week and maybe 5 or 6 runs with my drone I had a clip on the battery break. I immediately emailed support to let them know. It wasn’t even 30 minutes past before I heard back from Allen in the support team. He immediately put me at ease and said “no worries we are sending you a new battery, and some extra propellers”. I couldn’t believe how fast his response was. I figured it be at least 24 hours before I heard back from them. Not the case, the response back was nearly instant!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks Allen! As far as the drone goes I’d say it’s well worth the money. Are there better, more capable drones out there with higher video quality and much more expensive!? Yes of course, I’m sure. But if you’re like me, not wanting to break the bank on a first time, starter drone this one definitely exceeds all expectations. It can fly very high, and pretty darn far. I got it out to about 1 mile before I started to lose gps signal. Which to me that’s great! The video quality is pretty good, and the response of the drone and controller are great. I also think the drone is built very solid. Seems like it will hold up over time! In closing if you’re looking for a good, solid starter drone thats not in the thousands of dollar range, this Bingchat will suit you well! Thanks again Bingchat for a good product and excellent customer support!

Great drone
This is my second drone the first one( a different brand )I had battery issues with anyway this drone flies and films videos exactly like it’s supposed to the battery life is quite impressive because it is cold right now the video feed is good the pictures are clear I would recommend this. It does exactly what my brothers does and his is the very expensive drone. He might be rethinking his choice LOL.Edit: The more I fly this The more I like it. I’m learning the different features. This thing does alot easy to fly very stable in the wind and functions like it’s supposed to. Can’t wait to check out the payload feature. My grandson and I are going to make up a game with drop feature.

Large Touch screen remote controller!!!
Very impressed with the build of this drone. As soon as I put my hand on the drone I could tell it was well built. Not cheap plastic feeling like others I’ve had and the large Touch screen remote controller is a game changer. Remember what I’m saying.. TOUCH SCREEN!!! VERY EASY TO SET UP AND FLY . I WOULD BUY THIS AGAIN AND IM SO GLAD I CHOSE THIS BINGCHAT DRONE!!!STEADY AND SMOOTH TO FLY, VIDEO QUALITY IS WAY BETTER THAN EXPECTED. OH 1 MORE THING.. ARRIVED 2 DAYS AFTER ORDER.. Drone size is 10.5″ x 9.5″ With the Touch Screen controller being 3″ x 5.5″All comes in a very nice canvas carry bag for drone and controller with handle and shoulder strap!!! ðð

This is a really solid drone, I recommend this for Mid to advanced drone fliers. The camera quality is remarkable, even with light winds it will stay centered. The body design is really nice to! it has a sleek look and the lights on it help let others know the drone is near.Now the controller is the Chefs kiss here, the quality is that of a high dollar smart phone. The controls are quick responsive and the touch screen features give you more power at the finger tips. With Gmail built into the controller, its easy to send videos and photos to you. These features are why I purchased two. One for work & one for me.My personal salute here is the customer service. After I purchased my first drone, it was crashed just a few weeks later. The service Rep. Allen, was absolutely brilliant with support. Even as to reach out personally to me via text/video calls. Never before have I seen such service, especially after crashing the drone. A replacement was sent & the broken drone was shipped back with no questions asked. Reader, if you are pondering about a drone to purchase. Look no further, get one of these!

Seem to be great until
It seemed to be great drone however the one I received lost connection to the controller and did not return it left and went to a home down the road and hit their roof. It was attached to GPS and had came back to the take off location when the first battery was low. I replaced the battery with the second and it reconnected to GPS and I flew it across the yard and it left why I was try to control it and it would not respond so I followed it down the road to see what it would do and it went down and hit the roof of a house. It is tough but I could not get it to reconnect to the controller again at all from that point on so I sent it back.

Smooth, great control
Very smooth camera, and it is easy to get up and running and taking pictures and video with control of the camera too, the item carry and release system is for me what really sets it apart, it will also track and follow if you want, the return to home works great and is quite accurate. Too much good stuff to mention. If you buy it you won’t regret it…………
