Excellent protein with quality ingredients
This protein powder has no soy, no sugar, many healthy organic ingredients. Its great! Some people complain about the taste â itâs tastes great. I put it on Greek yogurt and mix it up. When purchasing a protein powder, taste should NOT be the most important factor in deciding. Remember: youâre pursuing health and trying to improve your body by having a protein shake. I think the people that are so concerned about tasty protein powders are a MCDONALDS milkshake crowd and they are not truly concerned about their health but instead only their tastebuds.

I bought the lightly sweet option because usually I like to add things like this to my smoothies or coffee or things like that and I donât like to add extra sweetness. When I first got it, I tried a cup on its own just to see what it would taste like and itâs really not sweet at all. Probably wouldnât recommend drinking it straight. The ingredients seemed decent and I like that thereâs no dairy. I am lactose intolerant and itâs hard to find a good non-dairy based protein powder.

Good for You, but…
Update 9/12/2024: The only way I can drink this is by making a smoothie with 1 scoop of the Protein and Greens and 1 scoop of Premier Protein Powder (any flavor), 1 cup liquid of choice and about 5-7 ice cubes. The protein and greens powder is not sweet enough, so the Premier Protein balances the sweetness. I like to add 2 Tbsp cocoa powder, too.I have been drinking this for a few weeks now and, if you are the least bit of a picky eater, you may not be able to tolerate this. It’s supposed to be chocolate flavor, but I can’t taste the chocolate in it and it is not sweet enough. All of the other ingredients that are supposed to be healthy for you cover up the flavor.Pros:This protein powder seems to have a lot of veggies and amino acids.Cons:Chalky and tastes bad when mixed with water.I would mix it with the almond milk and, if you need more sweetener, add a little liquid stevia or something.The bottom line – I probably won’t buy it again.

I used to use the Garden Of Life chocolate protein powder, but they change the formulation and I was not able to tolerate the change. I found this which works well and it is tasty. I make my morning protein shake using this protein powder along with one other one (SunWarrior Active Protein chocolate) and I mix it with 2/3 oat milk and 1/3 almond milk due to food sensitivities. I put the protein powders, milks, and frozen blueberries into my blender and after 90-120 seconds I have a delicious breakfast. I have a good balance of energy and it gets me through until my snack or lunch, depending on my schedule.

Tastes great and has great ingredients
Love the taste and had it every morning for the last 3 months but I’m giving it up now. I have issues with certain proteins it seems, this powder caused me to get super hot and sweaty- like uncomfortably hot, and would make me feel lethargic and heavy. I wish I could keep taking it though, I really liked the ingredients and the flavor.

I have been using the protein powder for around 3 years and I always come pack to it as it’s the only one that doesn’t feel too heavy. I don’t get bloated or gassy and the ingredients truly are so amazing for you. The taste is ok, I mix it with Fairlife chocolate milk for extra protein, and its so good. But before I used to use water, it was definitely chalky like most powders and not fun to drink. But I honestly drink it due to the ingredients and how I feel. Highly recommend with milk!

Taste’s good and does what it should!
The product came on time and with secure packaging in tact. The first time I tasted it with unsweetened almond milk, in a blender with ice and thought……”meh, another protein shake”. Better than most for sure. Then my sister told me to add fresh banana to it……and it made all the difference. Now it tastes like a yummy shake more than a protein shake. The goal is to get all of the healthy benefits but if we can do that while tasting good, its a score!

This is a great meal replacement protein powder. It tastes great and it has the right amount of protein per serving(20g). I used it to add more protein to my diet. I like the vanilla flavor. I have not tried chocolate so I do not know which flavor tastes the best.
