They look great!
Was looking for dimmable lightbulbs for a decorative light and these were perfect! App very easy to use. My only problem with these lights is that the app automatically logs out at times (usually at the least convenient times) and it doesn’t have the Face ID built into it yet. Would love the ability to either stay logged in or be able to log in easier.

Work as well as expected
These aren’t as expensive as other brands but they’re still pricey. They work but I’ve definitely had random little issues since installation with the smart home integration.Given that they are “Decorative Bulbs” you can only really expect so much out of them in terms of ability to light up a room, but they work well enough.

Easiest smart bulb install I’ve tried
This is totally plug and play. I didn’t need to integrate this into my wifi system using passwords and such. I screwed in the bulb, Alexa found it within a minute and it was ready to configure into my houses automation. Hope it lasts as long as my other automation.

WiFi lights
These lights are an awesome purchase. They work well with the App once you get it all set up and they come on/off as input. Great investment for porch and garage lights.

Candelabra Base Fit & Connection Terrible
I Researched several manufacturers and decided on GE due to the brand. I replaced twelve 60w LED Feit bulbs with the GE Cync bulbs. When using them with the same light fixture, I could not get the GE bulbs to light. I tried a different small sidetable single light to test one of the GE bulbs before I returned them and it worked. I had no idea that candelabra receptacles varied. The Feit bulbs worked in all the fixtures, the GE did not. Frustrated, I tried a small piece of foil and wrapped it around the base of the GE bulb base. After several attempts the GE bulbs they each eventually would light and then the fun begins. The app is straight forward, however after connecting and setting up each bulb individually, they always don’t keep connections with the app. The easiest way is to delete the bulb the app is not connecting with and reinstall it. Normally the second time worked. Unfortunately with installing and uninstalling the bulbs, I broke one. Three hours later, I set up a schedule and connected the bulbs to my Alexa app. I hope the bulb connectivity is maintained. For the money GE charges, the are mechanically inferior to a generic Feit bulb and the set up is not reliable. Feit needs to make a 60W equivalent smart bulb. I hope the GE Cync last.Update: July 25th, The foil hack is not lasting. Adjusting the bulbs daily to stay on/powered. I am waiting on feedback from GE Customer Service, 10 day window to reply.

Some kind of Amazing
I have an older home with a little chandelier in the hallway, controlled by three light switches. I didn’t think there would be a way to ever control this fixture remotely. I replaced the bulbs with Cync bulbs, added them to the Cync app on my phone, and put them in the same group. Now Alexa can turn the lights on and off, and dim or brighten them. Modern technology is amazing!

HORRIBLE compatibility issues with Alexa
I bought these bulbs because they were the only ones I could find in this size. We were able to connect them to our Alexa, and the Alexa APP appears to control them fine. BUT, she almost always responds that the “device does not support that” when we try to use voice commands to turn it on, off, or adjust the brightness. It is extremely frustrating.
