Not easy to install
The only difficult part about replacing the ribbon cable is figuring out how to wrap it around everything. I managed to replace it and the gimbal is as good as new.

Got my Mavic Pro up and running after a crash
Good product, worked as advertised. Old one snapped after a crash and I decided to fix it myself. Pay attention to how the old one was attached when you remove it, make sure you have all the proper tools, and take plenty of photos along the way. YouTube is your friend!

Works but tough to install
The flex came in an antistatic zip pack; that was good. I finally got it installed and it works; also good. The problem that I had was that it had little or no adhesive on the ribbon. That made it very hard to keep in place during installation. Even after I got it installed it didn’t sit as nice and clean as I would like.

Glue on cable is not adequate and will not hold
The quality in this cable is lacking. The glue on the cable is poor and will not hold the cable in place. It has no places of double sided glue and it should have. This makes installation needlessly difficult.

Fixed the gimbal!!!
Great price for this product, took me about 2 hours total fixing this ribbon cable following instructions from youtube. My gimbal was alway crooked, it could never get to a level position and this fixed it. Get a small screwdriver set with a pry tool and tweezers.
