Works well with GoPro HERO 13
Works amazing, the movement is smooth, all the modes of operation are very cool, easy to pair via Bluetooth with a triple click of a button, the packaging is very cool, comes with a bag, the camera itself can fit in the bag for carrying and storage. When the arm of the gimbal is extended it feels heavy for the wrist, the tripod is steady, the gimbal itself is very reliableSome drawbacks:1) the mounting system of the GoPro isn’t perfect for this gimbal, the manufacturing tolerance is a little too tight and after several times of assembling the GoPro, the paint of the mount comes off.2) the cable that supposed to charge the GoPro while it’s mounted is too long.3) the motors of this gimbal are not strong enough to stabilize a mobile phone, so don’t buy this if you think you can use it with your phone (tried with OnePlus12)

Surpassed my expectations.
This gimbal worked surprisingly well especially for as inexpensive as it was.

Updated Review
So Iâm new to the world of action cameras and using a gimbal. With that said my only dislike is that the gimbal does not pair with my model action camera (Insta360 Ace Pro 2) Iâm sure this will be fixed later in with a firmware update however there is no work around like plugging the usb cable directly into the device to allow use of the function buttons. The only thing you can do if your device does not pair is basically move the gimbal around which is pretty finicky if it loses balance causing it to stop working. A quick on and off will reset that. Other than those cons the gimbal is pretty self explanatory and really does a great job at stabilization in addition to the built in stabilization of the device. The price is not horrible and its worth its value.Update: tried using this to take Christmas Video and the gimbal kept giving out and upon putting it away the arm was hot to the touch. Not warm but hot as if burning out. Hopefully the company takes care of this for me but this is ridiculous.Update 2: I submitted a message as per Amazon CS instructions and received no response after 48hrs. I am submitting this for return.

Insta360 Ace Pro be aware
If you have the Insta360 Ace Pro, it does not work well. Even though the gimbal is supposed to handle 200 grams, using it with the Ace Pro caused vibrations to the point where some of the images were unusable. I also had to increase the shutter speed to 1/240 to reduce the vibrations, which defeats the purpose of the gimbal as it prevents following the 180-degree rule. otherwise is great, maybe with other camera works better.

Very nice quality with great stabilization and packed with usable features. Worthy consideration.
The Gimbal Stabilizer for Action Cams by AOCHUAN, is a very nice and usable way to perfect those videos and keep them movie like smooth. With its quality build and great performance, this is a fantastic one that’s worthy of your consideration. Here are some of the things Iâve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.I. Quality â This is a very well made gimbal that feels and acts like a great quality product. Iâd guess itâll hold up very well over time, assuming the electronics survive. It has the looks of a higher end product, with a nice appearance.II. Performance â This is a very good performing gimbal for stabilization and features at this level of cost. Iâve been able to produce very stable videoâs that look movie grade with very little practice. Thereâs definitely a learning curve to get going, but easy to use once you figure it out. Thereâs a detailed video in this ad that will explain how to use most features. Itâs highly feature rich if you get and use the app, thatâll provide many usable abilities to improve your experience.Overall, this is a great choice in the gimbal stabilizer world, that is designed specifically for action cams. Itâs been a pleasure to use, while providing me some great, really stable videos with a quality and performance thatâre highly appreciated. Iâll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it.You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. Hopefully it was helpful in your decision.

Works great but not idiot proof — requires leaning how to use it.
Build qualityThe stabilizer is very well made and good quality. The unit is solid and feels like a professional quality device. The motion is smooth and the buttons operate as they shouldUseThis is my first gimbal stabilizer so I don’t have much to compare to but I found that it works as I think it should. The controls are not necessarily easy and intuitive but a little advanced and actually take some time to learn how to use them and a little experimentation to do transtions (A-B) I don’t necesarily like th user interface which requires pressing buttons with different frequency for different functions but I guess its OK – as it lets you operate the gimbal with a reduce number of buttons by feel. Once you get used to it works well — it just takes time to learn (and re-learn if you are an occassional user.)Final thoughtsThis is a good quality gimbal stabilizer I recommend. It works well and is very well made.

Specific to certain models of GoPro
This gimbal is very specific to certain models of GoPro and other action cameras. For a basic gimbal handle for cameras, the inability to use certain features is frustrating. Recommended only for basic functions.

Read before using with DJI Osmo Action 3!
I purchased this unit for my Action 3 camera and came close to giving up. First thing is that the ‘cage’ adaptor will only work with the device upside down. This makes it impossible to connect the ribbon cable for that extra battery goodness. The good news is that the Action 3 comes with a magnetic mount. The bad news is that even with the mount/correct orientation you really have to juggle the unit and the arm of the gimbal to maintain balance. Unless you want the gimbal arm to do a hilarious Cirque de Solae contortion thing when booted up. There’s also no way to actually communicate with the gimbal so the REC button on said gimbal won’t do anything. The good news is that the Action 3 has handy voice commands so who needs a button? About to take the thing on an urbex adventure.
