It works great
At first, it was a little difficult for me to understand how to actually use the product. I would get part of it working, but I couldnât figure out the rest of it for example how to turn the top to make it 360. It was very stiff and hard to turn and I felt that I was going to break it. I tried looking at the videos and then again trying to read the pamphlet that was included was very difficult. It took my grandson to come over and show me how to use the product now. Iâm very happy with it and canât wait to start making movies.

Tried for 2 months and feels like I am wasting the money buying this product :(The connection from remote to cell only works 10% of time and waste lots of time trying and tryingâ¦.Contact with seller and worked out to refund my order. I am satisfied with their response.

Video instructions would be better
Better instructions on how to operate would be useful. Video instructions on all the different ways to use. Video quality was mediocre. Stability is okay. It is fun to use with the two modes I do know how to use. . Light function need to be brighter or they need to be inches in front of you. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

For the price this product does all! I’m very impressed, however the legs that support the stand should have been longer. you can’t position the phone in a titled position due to that.

Very difficult to use and the remote doesnât work
We thought we would really like it, but itâs very difficult to use as the remote does not sync very well with our phones. It will not stand up on its own with the phone attached to it. The stability issue kind of defeat the purpose of having this.Please note: Although we had issue with the purchased item, the vendor was very easy to work with. The customer service is excellent, they did their best to make things right with us. We really appreciate it!! Thank you

Not worth it
It works, I’ll say that, and when it does it’s ok for the price.I keep having the gimbal battery die tho. If ai am recording longer segments and have to pause, more often than not the gimbal has powered off and the remote doesn’t work. Or, if ai am using the actual gimbal feature the phone tilts and lists to one side because the battery died. Not a good product. Lasted just longer than the warranty.
