Consider as an alternative to alcohol
Woah, I am very impressed.The reviews made me skeptical, but I decided to try anyways.I realized I am drinking wine too often to wind down after work, so I wanted to try kava as an alternative. Tonight was the first time I have tried this product, and I was impressed to say the least.Firstly, the watermelon tastes great in my opinion. But it will not be everyoneâs cup of tea. It is artificial tasting, like candy. I personally love this flavor, but my husband did not and said it tasted like medicine.Secondly and MOST importantly- I felt the effects within minutes. Started as a slight tingle in my mouth/lips, then my whole body got warm and tingly, in the best way possible. Almost felt the same as if I took a few big sips of wine.At first it almost freaked me out because I did not expect the feeling to be so noticeable my first couple sips. I am now 1 hour after my first glass, and I am so relaxed, still warm and tingly feeling, but not as intense as when I first finished the glass. I donât have the urge to drink more like I would with alcohol either.I truly think this will help me cut back or even cut out alcohol all together. I feel great!I will try to update this review a few weeks or 1 month in and let yâall know the progress for whoever is curious or contemplating trying this product. So far 10/10!

Disappointing and misleading. Donât waste your money.
I had high hopes for these lava drink mixes because the marketing online, which was deceptive and misleading, implied theyâre sweetened with stevia when, in reality, the first ingredient is pure sugar. The nutritional information posted online does not match the actual nutritional information in the package, and itâs wildly misrepresentative of the actual product you receive. Iâm upset that I paid for an item which held such promise, yet was not even close to the stevia-sweetened drink mix it claimed to be. I will be tossing this garbage and Iâd recommend saving your money on a product that is tasty, effective, and much more transparent in terms of its ingredients . There are other brands that are truly sugar-free and not misleading; Iâll stick with Mitra9 in the future and skip this waste of money.

A little to sweet
This taste too much like the powdered sugar kool aid packs. Even mixed with the adequate amount of water that it says in the instructions. It has a calming effect after having one drink, but I also think it depends on the person. This is almost too sweet where you donât want to have a second one.

Come with me on a journey if you will,I decided to chill on the alcohol for a beat and I’ve been using “dry january” as a motivator. I’ve been tempted a few times so decided to give these a try. I’ve drank kava before but it was a gas station shot called “feel free”, that shot also has kratom in it and I didnt care for the gross sickly feeling it gave me, so in short this was my first time drinking kava on its own.Upon mixing I noticed that yes, the stuff could dissolve a bit better. However, if you mix it for a long time, I just stirred and stirred probably at least 5 mins, it will fully dissolve no problem. I drank it pretty quickly because the taste isnt the best but also its not horrible, (think shots) and at first I was scared of the way it hit my stomach, slightly nauseous feeling for just a sec and maybe thats because I drank it too fast. Lol BUT. I love the feeling I had once it kicked in, took about 30 mins to an hour but I would describe the feeling as similar to a microdose. That subtle body high with a boost of creativity and humor. I stayed up till 1am painting a mural on my bathroom wall ( this is my normal ). Dont be scared. Lol I was slightly scared but the feeling is not strong at all, just gives a nice mellow yet energetic buzz. I recommend !

Not good , hard pass
I bought this because it was half the cost of the popular ones advertised online . I guess you get what you pay for . Compared to others : gritty , doesn’t dissolve ,strong artificial taste , not as effective – you need to take two to get the effect of one of the brands , gives me headaches , just bad all the way around , so bad I had to leave a review so others don’t waste their money
