Very effective and high quality, easy to swallow & affordable.
This is the 3rd brand I have tried for spirulina/chlorella. The first brand I tried was good (same size/quality of tablets), but much too expensive. The second brand I tried came in capsules, and they were difficult to swallow, so i had to take them one at a time with a drink – sometimes they got stuck in my throat.This brand, Good Natured, is just right 🙂 Very effective and high quality, easy to swallow & affordable. I have noticed a significant decrease in brain fog, increased energy throughout the day, I believe it is improving my skin’s appearance (lots of collagen and important proteins, etc., in these tablets), and I have been sleeping so well at night! My only question that I am still trying to figure out is if there is heat applied during the drying process, I read somewhere that some of the proteins/benefits can be destroyed during that process if not done correctly and that many companies do not do it correctly because it cost more to do so. If anyone knows the answer to this, I would love an update.

Easy to take and feel effect
I have been taken the spirulina and chlorella tablets for weeks. Yes, they are more tablets than capsules. Actually, they are smaller tablets than I expected, which I like a lot. Very easy to take with water without any unpleasant taste. I also feel less bloated and more energetic. So far, I will definitely rate this as a 5-star.

Swamp powder? Try it as a green soup.
Sure looks deep green and healthy, and Iâve read great stuff about the potential nutrition and detox qualities of the stuff. But I chose the powder, and found it made everything taste like a nasty swamp! (Hence the loss of one star, although inherent in the nature of the ingredients so possibly a little unfair.) I tried it in water, in cider water, with lemon juice and sweetener, in coffee, and in salad dressing: all awful.Finally I found a suggestion online to try it in hot broth, and thatâs what works for me. I heat up some broth (half a mug or moreâorganic chicken broth in my case). I add a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar (not essential, but I needed a palatable way to take that, too). Also a drizzle of olive oil, some turmeric and garlic powder from my spice rack, and half a teaspoon of this green swamp powder. Then I blend it with a small handheld immersion blender/latte frothier. Result: healthy green broth, and not bad tasting!Of course the other option is to go with the pill form. But if I swallow too many pills it gets overwhelming and I tend to drop some. With this method, I donât have to take chlorella/spirulina pills OR turmeric pills, and I get in my apple cider vinegar at the same time (supposed to help with insulin resistance & weight loss). And the broth helps me to comfortably delay my lunch for intermittent fasting. Itâs a deep enough green to look very healthy, so if nothing else I definitely benefit from the placebo effect! ð

Start Small Very Powerful
It has been a week since I began taking these tablets. From day 1 I felt detoxing symptoms. I am using these tablets to detox heavy metals and to generally feel better and have more energy. The first day I took 3 tablets, the first symptom I notice was gassiness. The next day I had a sore throat, however it did not last that long, it turned into the sniffles, lasted about 5 days. During those 5 days I noticed an increase in urination, so make sure to increase fluids. These pills work fast, I took 2 pills some days and 3 pills on other days. Within the first week I do feel better, but only after feeling very tired on some days. About 6 days in I had a very bad day, this was the day I was constantly going to the restroom, and had terrible stomach cramps as well as chills. I noticed the cramps and pain subsided after using the restroom and I had to take a nap. I do believe that was the first wave to toxins leaving my body. The next day I was not as tired I actually got up an did my usual routine, but I was not huffing and puffing. My muscles were still a little achy. I just want to say that I do have a hereditary disease and most of the pain I felt was the same kind of pain I feel when I am sick, however, it was not as severe or prolonged. I wanted to write what my initial effects from the tablets were because maybe this will help someone. Moreover, my plan is to take these pills for as long as I can. I know it says take 10 pills, but I am working up to 10. I feel as though my body it very toxic and I have a long way to go on this journey. I do recommend these pills to anyone who has time to be patient with themselves because some of the effects I had, I would advise taking time off if you work, at least the first week. Start small 2-3 tablets.

I have tried so many other brands of organic spirulina and chlorella tablets, including Rainforest Foods and Synergy, neither of which delivers what it claims to do. However, this product from Good Natured really makes a huge difference for me, I’ve got so much energy to complete my weekly sessions of boxing, spinning classes and figure skating now!It’s also extremely crucial for me that this product is from southern Taiwan and not from China (no offence, but with my past experience, I would never trust the quality of food/supplement from China). Being a Taiwanese myself, after taking this product and experiencing such positive changes in my energy level, I can honestly say this is truly a product of exceptional quality, and a much better value for money comparing to other leading and organic brands.
