Love this product and the 500 mg dose per capsule. I have had not experienced any negative side effects, and I’m pretty sensitive to some supplements, and will definitely be re-ordering again. Love these because they’re the only organically pure green tea pills i could find on the market that I feel I can trust to put in my body! You can even tell how pure they are by smelling the bottle as soon as you open the cap. Pure green tea goodness! And I also like how the dosage is less than 700mg because I’ve read that too much green tea can lead to liver damage (if the dosage is too high). This one is the perfect potency!!!

Helps with issues caused by uterine fibroids
These capsules, after I took them for a month, helped shrink my fibroids last year. I wanted to continue taking them but Whole Foods stopped selling them. It is recommended that women take green tea capsules as they are more potent than drinking a glass of green tea. There is actual scientific research to back this up on the NIH website, however I would consult a physician to make sure taking the capsules won’t interfere with anything.
