Amazing green tea pulls
I went 6 hrs without being hungry and it keeps me energetic. I get up at 4:20am to go workout. I take my b-12 before working out and it wakes me up and when I get home I take the green tea pills and I donât get hungry until about 2pm. I usually have a protein bar and eat dinner at 5 pm

GREEN TEA plus that’s super easy to take.
When you’re a caregiver, sometimes you just don’t have a chance to brew tea or matcha. So these are a blessing from God for me as the tea really helps me keep going in caring for others and in staying alert at whatever hours i need to be up. These work well, not as fast as straight matcha, but they do help my brain and self wake up after several minutes and stay more alert in helping.

I’m not sure how well these work, I have only taken 2 doses as suggested on the bottle (2 a day). But so far there have not been any adverse effects or side effects.

Nothing changed. I still feel hungry 2 hours after I ate a regular meal, and i still crave for food. Waste of money.
