Wonderful Organic Japanese Green Tea!
It’s so nice that I can purchase this Organic Japanese Green Tea through Amazon. It is a smooth tea with a wonderful aroma.

Tastes authentic
I tried sencha for the first time from a family member when they brought some back from Japan. When I tell you I LOVED it, that would be an understatement. So I decided to try some for myself and bought this sencha for the first time. It tasted almost exactly the same! I have been drinking it every day since in the morning and have coincidentally noticed a change in my waist line. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves matcha!

Calming and Delicate
When brewed right this tea is your typical higher quality green tea, it being loose leaf gives you much more fine tuning precision in the brewing process which helps with customizing your cup of tea.Would definitely recommend as a go-to to always have on hand.

Hit or miss with Sencha quality
I do think for value this is probably the best Sencha you can get on Amazon. However, I’ve been buying these for about 1.5 years and every once in a while a get a bag that just isn’t up to snuff. It’s like the leaves are old or something as the flavor profile isn’t as robust. But then the next bag is great.

TEA TIME
I boiled water- poured it over the tea leaves a few times, the end result, only a trace of tea leaf in the brew while using a Crofton glass tea pot and this extraordinary fresh tasting tea. Prompt shipping- quality transaction. Recommend. TOODALOO

Perfect Green Tea
This is a smooth green tea. No added floral notes. Itâs hard to find an organic Sencha Green Tea. It is pricey but a little goes a long way to make a cup of tea.

Earthy and Heartwarming
I’m still very young in my tea journey, so please don’t expect the review of a connoisseur. Most teas green or otherwise that I’ve tried recommend 1 instead of 2 teaspoons of dry tea to 7oz of water, I followed the package directions which just suggested 2 teaspoons, and my hot water device is limited to 8oz. Steeped at 75C.The smell is unlike other green teas I’ve had, as far as loose leaf, the only other green tea I’ve tried is Vahdam’s Himalayan Green. This tea has a much stronger flavor than Vahdam. When it hits my tongue I’d say the first flavor that I get is more of an earthy “mushroom” flavor, with a mild tea flavor in the background that fades into a little astringency and tea bitterness. (3min might be to long for a first steep.) There’s definitely a plantlike flavor that cuts across the middle, but I definitely wouldn’t call this “grassy.” I would say there’s a definite hint of “seaweed” in the mix.It reminds me of some of the teas I’ve had in Good sushi restaraunts, though my strainer is clearly not good enough as my brew looks more cloudy than what’s represented in some of the pictures I’ve seen of this tea. The particles are light enough NOT to settle during the drinking of a single cup, it doesn’t bother me at all.A second steep at 2min this time provides a flavorful green tea, less pronounced on the earthy/astringent/seaweed notes I described in the first steep (done for 3min).I wish this were a little less expensive, this is probably one of my favorite green teas I’ve tried, and while I still admit that I’m new to loose leaf, there’s something about Japanese green teas overall that has a character unlike any other geographical region I’ve tried. This would definitely be a daily staple, this is something that on a cold rainy day I’d want to brew and sit down with a nice bowl of miso by a fire. Genuinely a great tea.

Donât buy this! Waste of money. NO RETURN!
Tastes like nothing. So pricey and it takes green tea flavor. It taste like youâre drinking lightly flavored water. Canât return it since itâs food? Smh. I received it on Tuesday, itâs Friday. Made it twice. Both times made me think I should have taken the review of the one tea connoisseur more seriously. Oh well, lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN. And hopefully this review helps you not make a mistake.Update: used it again and used a lot more. Tasted more like green tea.

The tea arrived fresh and after 6 cups I can state that both the quality and taste are quite good.
