Feel the difference
My husband and I kept seeing reviews on tik tok and we know we have some vitamin deficiency and donât take multivitamins. So we decided to give them a try. After about two weeks we started to feel energized. More alert not overly tired in the afternoon craving started to subside. After about two months we feel better. Skin feels and looks brighter. He notices a difference in his overall appearance and body. Not picking all day or binge eating. The taste is ok not horrible. I quickly chew them up. Like any other change to your body allow couple weeks for your body to accumulate. We like the quality and convenience of our order. Yes they are pricey especially both of us use but we feel better.

I take many health supplements and have for many years. I was looking for a good overall supplement for gut health that would be easy to travel with me. These fit the bill, so I took the chance. As Iâve learned to do with many supplements, I ingested these for more than 30 days and then I stopped. I noticed the difference within a couple of days of stopping. These definitely help my gut and, surprisingly, they also seem to help my energy and my cognition. Basically, this means I could tell a definite difference in those areas after I took a break from taking these. So now these are a staple in my daily diet and Iâm very thankful that they come in little packages to make them very portable. I do recommend these gummies. The taste is not terrible but doesnât really taste like candy the way that a lot of gummies do today. You know youâre taking a health supplement but itâs not exactly unpleasant taste. The size is relatively small, theyâre easy to chew and be done with. So chewing these is not unpleasant, but itâs definitely not like candy.Also, I often space mine out during the day. Iâll take two or three at a time.One of my concerns about taking this product was that it would duplicate the excellent multivitamin that Iâm already taking. So I worried about doubling up on multivitamin intake. My multivitamin intake had been working successfully for me for many years (as evidenced by my health response and positive medical checkups) and it was difficult for me to find a good multivitamin that actually worked for me. However, Iâm glad to report that these do not seem to adversely duplicate my multivitamin – which seems weird to me, but itâs the fact. Ditto with mushroom supplements. I also take other mushroom supplements and I was concerned that these were duplicate those, but my bodyâs response seems to be very positive from adding this supplement to my already robust supplement regimen.Iâm now on a routine purchase of this product as an ongoing health supplement that improves my health in several areas.

Iâve been searching for that special something to make a difference in how I feel. At first I thought Gruns were too good to be true. I usually start with half when I try a new product. I ate half of my first packet and wow, they were so delicious. I walked around the island and couldnât resist the other half.By the next day I realized I had more energy! Could Gruns be the difference? I had to stop for 5 days to take a med, and I knew then how positive the effect was when I started back and felt the energy again! Sent some packets to my daughter, she had also been looking at them, and she knew I was serious when I said I could have eaten the whole bag. Best veggie âsupplementâ hands down
So, I donât do vegetables. I know I should. I know they will make me healthier and stronger and live longer, yada yada. But I hate them. The taste, the texture, all of it. Iâve yet to find a single vegetable that I find palatable. I choke them down periodically because Iâm 35, but I hate them.This is the ONLY greens supplement Iâve ever been able to choke down, and Iâve tried a lot of them. I still donât think these are *good*, and labeling them as sweet or strawberry flavored is laughable to me. All I taste is bitter greens. BUT itâs less bitter than any powder/drink Iâve ever tried, and itâs done quicker because itâs a small packet of gummies you can just plug your nose and chew fast instead of a full glass of liquid.Iâve also been able to ditch a fiber supplement and a probiotic because this vitamin is sufficient for both, so when you think of it as a veggie-fiber-probiotic supplement all rolled into one, the cost isnât so bad. So overall, 4/5 stars for me. I still yearn one day for the holy grail of veggie supplements, but this is definitely the best thing Iâve found to date.

Gruns are literally EVERYTHING!!!
I donât even know where to start! After 3wks Iâve lost 8lbs! No joke, I was recently looking into lipo but after 3wks on Gruns my waistline is back in check. I usually deal with a lot of GI discomfort and bloating. Iâd experience nausea most mornings. Since around day 4 of Gruns I havenât experienced any discomfort, nausea or bloating. I donât get nearly enough fiber so my digestion was terrible. I wasnât regular. Iâd go maybe twice a week, now itâs like twice a day. I donât want to give TMI but that was so important to me. And the vitamins are absolutely delicious. They are not gummies and Iâm glad because I donât like gummies. These have a pleasant taste and texture. Theyâve been so effective for me several of my friends have subscribed. I definitely recommend. They ARE pricey but so worth the money. Iâm not a patient person and I want to see near instant results and Gruns delivered
