Wow! Works great!!
I inherited a bad digestive system from my mom side as well as my dadâsIâm always having to try to find things that help me with my digestive system thatâs natural.This product by itself does not have a very good taste, but if you will blend local honey and cinnamon in with the oat milk, it taste amazing

Natural flavors???
Update: The company contacted me to refund my money but I’ve already given it away and just taken the loss. Lesson learned and will not get Gundry products again. Second time my loss.This product contains natural flavors and xanthum gum (which is not good for you!) and it has a bare minimum of 10g of protein. Plus it is non-returnable … which is would not have gotten it if I realized that. This false advertising by Dr Gundry is representative of the rest of his products too. Not a happy camper here and will not consider Gundry products ever again!

Taste like a protein powder
I need the extra protein but can not find one I personally like. This one has good clean ingredients but I still cannot get that grainy taste at the end and the slight off taste. But I also can not eat bag lettuce due to it tasting horrible. So buy this clean protein and try it because my taste buds are not normal!

Multiple “deadly disruptors” in this protein powder
I am new to Gundry’s work and very excited about it, working lectins out of my diet on the daily and reading The Plant Paradox. I’m a little disappointed in the protein powder though, for five reasons.1. It’s not organic, so it contains herbicides/pesticides, likely Roundup; one of the 7 “deadly disruptors” he describes in his book.2. “Natural flavors” – a garbage-can, ingredient-masking category that can include gluten, artificial sweeteners, emulsifiers, preservatives, and more; all of these are in the list of the 7 deadly disruptors.3. Xanthan gum; it’s unknown how this ingredient impacts the microbiome and gut integrity, but it’s known that many gums and thickeners are foreign to the GI tract and likely causing inflammation.4. Plastic packaging: it says “BPA free” but he explains in the book how the things used to *replace* BPA are as bad or worse for us. We are eating microplastics when we eat this protein powder; anther of the 7 deadly disruptors.5. Stevia – too much! It’s too sweet. Stevia stimulates insulin release. Tone it down or leave it out, as you recommend we do in our diets.Thanks for your good work Dr. Gundry, and I hope you’ll re-evaluate the protein powders.

Too sweet
Uses stevia and tastes too sweet. I use it to sweeten my oatmeal. Not sure if it does anything since I havenât noticed any skin improvement yet (used for a month).

While I cannot stand Dr. Gundry’s relentless, omnipresent sales pitches, this product has made a difference in my life. I’m considered by our society as “elderly,” although I work out, almost daily, at the gym, doing weight resistance, cardio and yoga. In the past, I have been stiff and in some discomfort – finding stiffness when rising from a chair or the sofa, stiffness walking. After taking this in the morning, as a shake, I have very little stiffness and my muscles are stronger. I’ve also lost some excess fat. Even my massage therapist has noticed the difference in my muscles – leaner, tighter. ProPlant shake works for me. The chocolate is VERY chocolate-y. The vanilla is also flavorful but can be altered by what else you may put in your shake i.e., strawberries, bananas etc.
