I take these each month mostly around my period. When I combine them with an iron supplement they really get me through and help to keep my energy level up during heavy periods.

Works, take only 1 at first
Confused as why they use the container like 10 times the size of whatâs actually in there. I am130lbs, 5â7â , the bottle suggest taking two of these with food, I took one and I had anxiety for a second, but after that I was alert and had energy. It wore off after some time and I felt a little drained. Itâs not bad though Iâm waiting for now foods to remake their energy pills-older version- I would recommend those to anybody. I know the business the people the product.

The energy I want!
I’m trying to find other ways, besides just coffee, to stay awake and to feel energized. Vitamin B12 gives me that extra pep I’m looking for!I have been using Habit energy for over a month now and love seeing these in in the morning when I’m going out for a run. The capsules are vegan and super easy to swallow. I love that these are affordable vitamins that really seem to make a difference. These are going to be a staple item in our house.
