What looks cheap and simple sometimes works better
I have tried 3 dongles to have my phone connect to TV’s and 2 of them had constant disconnection issues. Google dongle had good connection but it had another issue that can’t go unnoticed.This works like a charm and very stable every single time. I noticed later that this is the same company that I got another dongle from many years ago for my outdoor TV that I still use reliably.It really looks very outdated and price is cheap. So you may question its quality. But trust this as it will work very well. All those fancy looking dongles with backlit and HDMI input is just gimmicks. Why would you want lighting in the dongle when you’re going to just stick it in the back of the TV? You’re not going to even see it once installed. I just stuck this to the back of the TV with a piece of double sided tape.

Horrible instructions, horrible product
Tried to use this to connect laptop to monitor. Worst instructions ever. Poorly translated from Mandarin. But worse, they tell you what selections to make on the screen, but don’t tell you how to get to the screen or even what screen you’re supposed to do them on.I did manage to get it working. Once. Then it refused to connect after that. Spent an hour trying to sort it, gave up. Returning.When it did work, mouse movement was choppy, not move, then move all at once. Also extra sensitive, and with an annoying delay. Useable, but tiresome.

Simple to use, quick connect!
This little device is a perfect way to display your phone on your tv. The dongle is hidden behind the tv and powered by your tv’s usb, so you don’t even know it’s there! The connection couldn’t be easier, at least for android. Swipe down twice from the top and start smart view. Connect and watch your TV become your phone! This is going to be very handy on my next cruise, for now I use it in a little used dining room that has a tv, simply to have my baby watch her shows. It’s been a real handy device!

Works as described
Super easy to hook up to TV. It’s a great device to have if you have an older TV that doesn’t connect to phone. You do have to use the device name on wifi, which may cut into your signal a bit. It will be great to hook up to my projector.If you have android, you may need to download the app first. Apple, use apple play. In all, it’s a good product.

As with many Chinese vendors a lot breaks down in language
It’s difficult reading instructions written by someone who doesn’t have a full command of English. Not that it was awful but it is frustrating. Then there is the issue of things that come up that are not addressed in the instructions or in any of the videos online. Most notably for me it didn’t work for an iPhone. In the instructions online in various videos a couple of people suggest that you create a hotspot with your other phone to make it work. At this point these things should be Plug and Play. Not the case here. I became frustrated from the above the above and the fact that it did not work.

Easy to use and allowed me to share a special moment
This was a gem of a find. It was easy to use and set up. I’ve been trying to share my wedding photos with my mom and this was a great way to sit down with her and go through them together. I mirrored my phone to her living room tv and we spent some quality time reliving that day. Definitely would recommend
