High quality/only 1 side is plush.
Seems to be very high quality. Extremely happy with purchase!! Only complaint: why is this so over packaged???? It could have shipped flat in same space instead of rolled up in three layers of plastic. Would have maintained shape better too. So much better than previous purchases. ALSO 3 sides of house are fabric NOT plush. Expected all sides to be plush.

Seriously Awesome Heated Cat Hut!!
This heated cat bed/hut is amazing! I was not expecting it to be this exceptional…our three cats all LOVE it so much!! All of our cats fit inside with room to spare, even our big boy who is 18lbs sleeps like a baby in it! I really like the design, it is sturdy yet ultra soft and has a very nice timer and temperature control button, the timer goes from 1-12 hours and there are eight temperature settings that go from 86°-141°, but I maily keep it between 91°-96° for my cats. I also love that the wire is protected because our one cat likes to chew on them sometimes. I most highly recommend this product for all cat owners out there, they will absolutely love this!!!

Cats favorite
My cats constamtly fight over who will be sleeping in this bed. It’s so nice and the heat is perfect there is one issue where to part of the controller arrived broken, but it was a just the display part and doesn’t interfere with function at all, just aesthetic. I love that it has a timer, and it’s the perfect size for 1 cat. Very soft and seems to hold shape well. Great buy

Broken but gets the job done
My item arrived broken, the black piece was torn off of the screen but it doesnât seem to affect the quality. I didnât feel like going through the trouble of returning it. My outdoor cat loves it. We have it in the garage for her so she can stay warm all winter.

Defective/poor quality control
Item arrived with the screen cover snapped off and exposed wire (which tore a hole in my shirt). Glad it was my shirt and not my elderly cat! Once I started testing it, I found that the temperature control does nothing and all settings heat to about 80°. Sure, erring on the low side is better than overheating, but at the price point, I expected more than one functional setting. Would not recommend.

Cats love it. The entire thing is washable. No hard structure, all padded material.
I got this cat house even though I have a couple of other houses for my cats. For some reason, they really like this one. In fact, they like it so much that I had to get a second one. When I first opened the package, it was a deformed mess because it was vacuum sealed rolled up in a bag. There are no poles or structure on these; it is just a padded shaped dome. When I first set it out, it looked sad just sitting there, but after a day or so it started getting some shape to it. Now it looks nice, and it looks well made. The entire thing is washable, which is nice. The only thing I notice is that other cat houses have the cat laying on the heating mat, but this one has the heating mat zipping in a pouch on the bottom. So it heats the floor more than it does inside the cat house. The cats still seem to like it though.
