Perfect for my elderly cat
I love that this bed has a heater you can put in it. I’ve laid pet-friendly heaters in other beds for my cat before, but none of them quite fit. This one is the perfect size for the bed, and the wires can be tucked away so that my kitty can enjoy the warmth and not get tangled on anything.The bed comes apart to wash the various parts, which is also great, and the heater can be set to turn off at different times. There are multiple temperatures to pick from, so I change the temp depending on how stiff she seems day to day. Overall, this was better than I expected and my cat is very happy with it.

Heated dog bed
Certainly a great idea for my small dachshund because he shivers all the time but the center cushion had very little padding. He loves the heat and I’ve added more padding since we bought it. It’s the right size for a small dog looks great but quality is lacking.

Cozy bed, but check measurements for best fit!
I have a 20-pound chiweenie (chihuahua/dachshund mix), who takes up only about half of the large size bed! She probably would have fit better in the small as she likes to curl up anyway, but I was afraid it would be too small because the description makes it sound like it’s only for cats. I would say, if you have a dog my size or smaller, the small will probably work better for you. Also, as someone else noted, the heating pad seems to be the same as what would be included in the small bed, so it only partially heats the large bed. That said, it does work. I usually set it to 101 or 106 for 4 hours every morning as she sleeps while I work at my desk. I haven’t noticed any odors. I appreciate the covered cord, and the length has been more than enough for my setup. The bed itself (without the heating pad) is very soft and seems to be well-made.One thing that I found confusing: The instructions say to *not* put the heating pad under the cushion, but clearly that’s how it’s intended to be used, so I don’t know what that’s about! The underside of the bed even unzips so you can slip the pad in and leave the cord hanging out. Then you put the cushion (not attached) on top.

Fantastic for your older pets
LIKES: I got the smaller of the two beds for my cats and they love it, easy to program, nice gentle heat, nice to choose the amount of heat and amount of time. DISLIKES: none to report. HOW USING: I have two older cats that absolutely love this bed. It is first come first serve. RECOMMENDATION: Absolutely! I may even have to get a second one so that both of my cats will have a warm spot to take a nap. Great heated bed for the price.

Heat pad is tiny and doesn’t heat
IF the heat pad worked, it would only provide heat for less than 1/3 of the bed. I got the LARGE bed, but I suspect that the tiny little heat pad is probably the same size provided for every size of this seller’s beds.Unfortunately, though the power controller with the heat levels and the timer settings does light up correctly, the heat pad never gets hot, let alone warm.Very disappointing.

Good idea, poor execution
I ordered the larger bed for my large cat who loves to steal my heating pad. Unfortunately, I did not find it to be well made. The plastic facing on the control box fell of as soon as I unpacked it, though it still functions. The heating pad insert isn’t even half the size of the bottom of the bed. My cat seems to appreciate it, but I think it could be of much better quality for the price.

If you’re a catmom/dad, you know how much our furry friends love to find the coziest spots in the house. Not to mention WARM! This bed design is super cute and fits perfectly with my home decor. But the real star of the show is the warmth! It heats up quickly and provides a gentle, comforting heat that my cat absolutely adores. She curls up in it like itâs her personal little paradise. The bed itself is soft and plush, making it a cozy retreat, even without the heat. Two paws up from my kitty baby!!

Super soft but the cord is super short
So far, this bed is pretty great. My cat loves it. It’s super soft and cozy and she loves to get nestled in deep. She purrs really loudly when she gets in too. So, in that respect it’s a winner.However, I do have a couple complaints. The first problem is the cord is really short. This limits the places I can put it as I have to set it up close to an outlet. It’s not a dealbreaker, at least for me, but it’s definitely worth noting. My second problem is that it just doesn’t seem to get very warm. I believe I have it set up properly. The manual is terrible and poorly translated, but it seemed pretty straight forward.Regardless, it still seems very comfortable and my cat loves it, which is all I can really ask for.
