Really good combination
I’ve used most of these ingredients individually at some point but this is one of my first times consistently using a blend and I’ve been really happy with it. I take this one in the morning (I used to take ashwaganda at night but this one has green tea so I started trying it in the day) and I feel like I’m starting my days with a calm/balance.

The adaptogen is good in that it has a combination of a few ingredients instead of just one. It is easy to take. I have not noticed dramtica difference in my mood but perhaps it’s because I have not taken enough for the body to have the right amount to feel the difference.

Excellent quality, easy to take, there is some taste to the capsules, but it is very effective. It has absolutely helped with mood support and feeling calmer. I was not expecting it to work so well and so noticeably, but it has, and Iâm very pleased with this product. Highly recommend!

All the ingredients are great for mood and stress support. I didn’t have any negative effects, I did have a slight, very slight drowsy feel but it wore off about hour after taking and it didn’t effect my work day, I am also very sensitive to new things too so probably wouldnt do that to most. I did feel calm and less stressed.

do they do anything?
I ordered these to try to calm my nerves because my job is very stressful. I’ve taken them twice a day for a couple of weeks and can honestly say I notice nothing when I take them. I don’t feel any less stressed. I don’t feel any less irritable. Maybe they are helping in the long run. They don’t upset my tummy or otherwise bother me.Maybe they are wonderful but just not for me. Maybe they do nothing. I can’t endorse them because they did nothing for me.
