One star off for no 3rd party testing
3rd party testing is the only way to know if the ingredients in a supplement are actually in the supplement and to know if there are no extra bad things in there. Yes, it costs the manufacturer more, but isn’t it worth it to know you’re getting what you’re paying for?Otherwise, these are a decent dose at a decent price.

Health benefits of tea in pill form!
EGCG is one of the primary components in tea associated with the health benefits we hear about with tea in various studies. I wanted to try this out as I do drink a lot of tea, but I also like the idea of ensuring I’m getting those benefits on days I don’t drink tea.The packaging was very professional with no major concerns on quality or any issues there. The capsules themselves don’t have any weird odor or anything, so will say I think these are a good quality. When taking these, I didn’t experience any negative side effects. I know some people take these for either energy or pain relief, but I don’t have any issues with those currently, but again, didn’t feel any adverse effects either. I think with supplements and especially with tea, it can take a while to see the benefits, but being consistent will see general improvement in overall health.Overall, I think this is a good EGCG supplement, and would recommend to others. Quality is on point and had no adverse effects. As mentioned, I’m not taking this for energy or pain relief but could see this helping those who are looking to address. I took this specifically for overall health and well being and will say think this does deliver there.

The more potent version of the Herbal Secrets Green Tea Extract … or is it?
I received this item through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review.These Green Tea Extract capsules are the more potent 1800 mg per serving version of Herbal Secrets 1000 mg capsules. However, the actual mg per capsule is 600 mg X 3 per serving vs 500 mg X 2 per serving for their other offering. This turns out to be less expensive per mg than their 1000 mg offering. The capsules are also easy to swallow and also make a nice tea if opened and added to hot water. However, this extract also has a lead exposure warning on the label. It would be nice to know why.

Green tea has various health benefits and I recommend this brand if you’re looking for quality at a reasonable price. Each 3-capsule serving contains 1800 mg of green tea extract. This is a great way to take advantage of green tea benefits without drinking it, not every likes drinking tea.The bottle comes with a tamper-proof seal and contains 90 easy to swallow veggie capsules which is a one-month supply. The product is made in the USA and is a good value for the price.

Lead warning
Green tea is supposed to be good for you but there is a lead warning on the label.Made in USA, manufactured for a company in New Jersey but no information on the label concerning what country on the planet Earth they sourced the ingredients from. Though they are not legally obligated to inform what country they source the ingredients from they, IMO, still could if they wanted to. I really like to know what country stuff I ingest was sourced from.

I take these capsules because of the reported benefit to my overall Health. I especially like that the supplement is manufactured in a GMP-compliant facility. The capsules are easy to swallow, tasteless and produce no aftertaste. A good value.
