An ideal alternative
Green tea is highly recommended as part of a healthy lifestyle, but if you don’t care for the taste, this is a great way to get the benefits. I’ve added this to my daily intake of vitamins and minerals. You get plenty of capsules that are easy to swallow, and contain enough green tea extract to impact your overall health. I’m at the age where I figure I should take a few extra steps to ensure I stay well, and I’m glad to add this. My primary care doctor agrees that taking these will give me a bit of an edge on wellness. There’s nothing to lose and lots to gain, whether you drink green tea or take a capsule each day.

They work like any other green tea supplement. I like the mg so I take half the caps per day at a better value. They seem so far to work for my purpose. I recommend these over the other choices out there.

I wanted the effects of green tea but I cannot stand the taste of green tea. This is a perfect alternative. The green trea extract in capsule form does the trick.I do not feel the taste when I swallow the capsules. I only take one a day because I take other antioxidants. This bottle will last me a long time. I am so happy I found this green tea extract.

Standardized, made in the USA, no GMP or GMO certs on bottle
If you take supplements you likely already know about the health benefits of green tea, so I wonât waste time on it. This Green Tea supplement appears to be good quality, standardized, and doesnât have any bad fillers like soy or preservatives. The description on Amazon states the supplement is non-GMO and manufactured in accordance with GMP in the USA. However, there are no such statements or certification stamps on the bottle. There is also no mention anywhere whether the product is certified USDA organic. That has me concerned. I have other supplements from Amazing Nutrition that have the stamps on the container, so I donât know if this was an oversight, or this item doesnât really comply. Iâm taking off 2 starts for this concern.

Larger Dose Than I am Use to Taking; No Side Affects
I have taking green tea for years however I have been taking a much lesser dose. This green tea is suggesting 2 capsules per day and the dose supplement is higher than I was use to. I have started taking this brand of green tea per the recommended dosage and I have not experience any allergic reaction. I am hoping I am gaining the health benefits from taking green tea. I have noticed a little change in my eating habit and I like that benefit I am gaining for this dosage. The capsules are easy to swallow and no smell or taste for me; no stomach upset or nothing for me. I feel a little more energetic also. I do drink green tea and this method is a little bit easier on me while I recovered from shoulder surgery.
