We’re bringing Quantum Dot Color to the people. Enjoy over one billion colors, without worrying about how many commas are on the price tag. You’re welcome. The UG6 also has 4K resolution, Dolby Vision HDR and Full Array Local Dimming Zones. Sounds like science, looks like a way more expensive set. Especially with a quad-core processor managing all the algorithms that add up to more colors, more precision and more ooohhh. Hey Google. Android TV opens the door to more than 700,000 movies and shows, plus video streaming from Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, YouTube and more. All available using your voice as the remote control. No need to press buttons on the actual remote. Android TV also comes with Google Assistant, so you can find the latest blockbuster, check the score of the big game and even dim the lights* without leaving what you’re watching. The U6G. It’s the best of TV, instantly. *Google Assistant-compatible products required to use voice commands. HDR viewing experience will vary by model, content availability, and internet connection.
4K ULED: Like great, but better. The 65U6G has our exclusive ULED technologies. They boost color, contrast, brightness, motion… we could go on. It’s the TV your old TV wants to be.
Quantum Dot Wide Color Gamut: See over one billion shades. Quantum Dot produces purer, richer, more brilliant colors than a regular LCD TV. We could get into the science. But it’s a lot easier to say it makes every day look like the 4th of July.
Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos: Dolby Vision HDR picture and Dolby Atmos sound are cinema technology for your home. They provide amazing realism you can see and hear in every scene.
Peak Brightness/Full Array Local Dimming Zones: The higher the nit rating, the brighter the screen. Most laptops are between 200-300 nits. Anything over 500 nits is extremely good. This is 600 nits peak brightness across 60 local dimming zones.
FilmMaker Mode: This technology is a collaboration between filmmakers, studios, electronics companies, and the UHD Alliance. It disables post-processing and preserves correct aspect ratios, colors and frame rates to display content as it was intended.
Customers say
Customers appreciate the TV’s picture quality, value for money, and brightness. They find the colors vibrant and the black levels good for the price. However, some customers dislike lag. Opinions vary on quality, functionality, sound quality, and connectivity.

EXCEPTIONAL VALUE!!
First of all, the negative reviews seem to all be âI got a tv that was damaged, 1 starâ If thatâs the case just SEND IT BACK, yeah itâs annoying but if you donât want to take that risk buy it from a local store. The other one star reviews seem to be âBad picture donât buy, 1 starâ Ummm either your trolling, getting payed to write negative false reviews, or your lazy. For a tv you plan to have for 5-10 years that you will use constantly take a week and adjust/calibrate your tv. Anyway, about the tv, I spent countless hours researching best tv to buy for around $500. There were several I considered but Iâm extremely happy I chose this one. Itâs definitely the best tv out there for under $500, thatâs not a gaming tv, which i donât game so i donât care about 120hz or whatever. Anyway I got the 50â for $412 tax and shipping included. The box arrived on time and undamaged (to my surprise). The packaging of the tv was absolutely tough, sturdy, and very impressive. It took a total of 10 mins to set up. The picture is super clear, bright, and vibrant right out of the box so I turned down the backlight and brightness a tad, turned the contrast up a little and turn off some features such as motion settings etc., and left the color alone. I was just looking for a tv with great picture to watch hd cable, my dvd/Blu-ray collection (1,000 plus), Netflix and Amazon Prime,(all of which this tv does perfectly.) One minor drawback was having to agree to Googlesâ terms and conditions or you canât access the tv, so I agreed and then turned all that stuff off afterwards, but Google knows everything about everyone so it doesnât matter. Anyway, Iâve only had this tv for a month but I am extremely impressed with the quality for the price. As for the sound maybe I donât know what good tv sound should be but this tv gets LOUD!! I put the settings on music and I canât turn it up past 30 out of 100, but as to be expected the bass is lacking. For a bedroom tv it has excellent sound!! As for the customer service, thankfully I havenât and hopefully donât have to use it, but this tv for watching pretty much anything rivals some $600-$800+ tvs. Like I said I didnât get this tv to game so I canât say one way or another if itâs a good gaming tv. What I can say is a lot of people donât even have the technology (4k player/ 4k discs) to make this tv look as good as it can. I highly recommend this for the price. Thanks Highsense for producing a quality product, with premium features, at a budget price!!! Highly recommend!!!!

QUALITY and PERFORMANCE
GORGEOUS PICTURE and PERFORMANCE…..I was shocked at the quality of the TV for such a small amount of money. I am EXTREMELY PICKY as I do not like buying carelessly and throwing money away. I have an extremely limited budget and I cannot afford the BEST. ….I RESEARCH a TV BEFORE I even consider it for purchase……”For the money this is a great TV!”……NO, THIS IS A GREAT TV REGARDLESS OF HOW INEXPENSIVE IT IS!……This is an “entry level” TV, but I do not know what more I could ask for in picture quality and performance. An OLED I guess…Can’t afford it……As far as GAMING goes, I am not a gamer so, I cannot give a review on gaming, but, this TV does have a fast response and I do NOT see any BLUR on fast moving objects…….In BRIGHT light…PICTURE SHARP and GORGEOUS….4K IS AMAZING and the sound is fine to me….I don’t feel a need for a sound bar…..RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX….this TV REALLY performs……BUT, I have only had it ONE WEEK…..It does have a factory warranty for 1 year like most any new TV.

Good budget TV if it works
75U6G – 30 days in and was pleased with the overall picture quality , I use the built in apps and fiber to the home . The picture is great for normal use , I would give it a 9 for HD and an 8 for 4k . Couple issues , first the flashlighting effect of bright lights in dark seen can be very annoying but for some reason its more or less prevalent depending which streaming app you are using, seemed worse to me on Prime ,especially Reacher . But yes the halo affect is there and you will have varying degrees of success . As in some days you will notice it and others you will not . It is not too bothersome to me for the most part. Also there is a horizontal lines as in window blinds type affect when they pan a camera vertically on a screen . Ive seen other people report it . I noticed it on Golf when tracking a ball. Overall not an issue for me .Now days 30 to 45. I did not change any apps or software myself on the TV , but now the TV randomly disconnects to the router . No other device drops , it is the only one out of about 25 devices in house. And i have confirmed that the vpn on PC stays up while this happens. The U6G is 6 ft from a Verizon router and signal is strong. It will randomly disconnect , sometimes reconnect sometimes not . I have had varying success with multiple workarounds . Toggle wifi on TV , change network(and5G) , power cycle TV via cord, and power cycle router . The TV reports the wifi failure is authentication every time. Not sure how that is possible?2nd major issue video on Netflix and Amazon goes out to green screeen or pink screen with digital junk in top or bottom of screen. I had an external antenna connected to the F connector on back . I have now disconnected the antenna which has a built in amp and the problem has been gone for a few hours . The still thumbnails had no problem but an actual movie or a video preview window was not viewable . I will attach a photo in case anyone else has similar issues .I still have this TV and have opened a case with Hisense . First call to support , they were responsive but all the troubleshooting started with a factory reset . Which i would like to avoid for now. They would not have any one look at it until factory reset is done first . They also recommended to run an ethernet cable , which is obvious workaround to the wifi issue and i will do it if I decide to. Playing it by ear for now , hopefully these flaky issues fade away but dissapointed at the moment .Good to great budget TV , but it has to work!Bumped the start rating to 4 , the picture and nuisances to this point are worth the money
