Why does the gimbal motor overheat or use only a few minutes, the motor overheat and then shut down?
Hello ,please make sure to do the balance well(two axes needed) before powering on the gimbal. not balancing well will overload the motor and trigger the gimbal’s overheat protection, so at last, the gimbal will shut down.
What should I do if the object tracking in App does not work?
A. Make sure that the Bluetooth is already connected between the app and the stabilizer.
B. It is recommended to choose an object with significant color contrast to the background for better tracking results.
Why does the gimbal OLED display “Over heating”?
It’s a normal phenomenon if the gimbal becomes warm after prolonged use.

“01” indicates Firmware Error; “02” indicates Gyroscope Error. Return and reorder; “03” indicates Overload Anomalies. When the gimbal is not unlocked, not balanced, or when external interference causes motor overload, leading to abnormal operation.

Know that I almost never leave amazon reviews, even on items I like.But I just happen to have a minute and I can’t shut up about this thing.Now granted I have zero prior experience with filming, streaming, or any kind of media creation. I bought this to get good shots for social media marketing for my business, and only because I cannot yet offord to hire anyone to do these things yet. So I have no experience with other models, or any of this kind of tech in general.But…. I did do my research before buying, and I apparently did it well because I got the right gimbal.My phone is the s23 Ultra, and it’s HUGE. Great for me because I have big hands, but I was worried about it being attached to a gimbal. It weighs 275 grams, this gimbal is rated for 400 grams, and it handles my phone like a champ. Motors don’t struggle a bit, very smooth movement, very nimble. Took me a little bit of reading and a few instruction videos to get all the features figured out but once I played with it a bit I began to realize just how cool this thing is. The AI tracking feature…. I was skeptical that it would be any good. And its not good, it’s great. You do have to keep your face in the shot or it can lose you, but just flash the okay symbol with your hand and it locks right onto you again. So user friendly. I love being able to use the hand signals to start and stop the tracking.This part may be phone specific, I don’t know, but I was very pleased to find out that the zoom toggle on the gimbal itself, not only works to zoom the camera in their app, but also works on my phones native camera app. Which is super cool. Zero compatability issues with my phone, bluetooth connects easy, everything just works.Honestly I would have paid more than $200 for this. Especially after having read all the bad reviews on other brands and models, and seeing all the common complaints about other gimbals… this has none of those common issues. None. Only bad review I could find on this one were about it overheating and I have had no such issue. Battery life drains kinda fast if you are using the light on the AI tracker on 100%, but otherwise battery life seems great. I was testing it for at least a few hours at a time and only saw the battery deplete a bar when using the light. Havn’t fully tested the battery life to be fair, but it does not seem to drain fast so far. again depends if you are using the light or not.I don’t know what else to say. This thing is great and makes phone filming actually fun. Amazing tool. I own a business doing product design and 3d printing, so be on the lookout for a sweet custom designed hardshell/soft interior 3d printed case for this bad boy made by Unreal 3D, because I already got the itch to jump into fusion 360 and get on it.

After trying out five different similarly priced and function gimbal stabilizer, this was the keeper for me and now it’s my go to unit whether it’s for around town or travelling. With the advancement of phone stabilization, many new phones rivals early gen gimbals. But as phones have progressed, so have the gimbals and this one is leaps and bounds better than early gen units that worked but isn’t as polished or refined as this, not to mention the plethora of functions. Crazy and impressive to think that something this size could achieve the same pro like results as a massive stabilizer less than a decade ago.One of the key points I chose this was how well it’s AI sensor worked, essentially what you want for a smooth follow view. It can seamlessly jump between rear and front and there is a different light options for pretty much any environment. This is a basic and essential must have these days for proper social media videos. The main deciding factor was how well the stabilization worked, even while in heavy activity with a lot of motion away from the center point. MY videos came out flawless and ever so smooth, bordering that prosumer quality with how well you can edit to make something really next level.All in all this hits the sweet spot for value and functionality. Don’t bother with anything entry level, it’ll just leave you frustrated. Gimbals exponentially more surely have more to offer, but it’s really hard to justify the price tag compared to the amount of real world performance increases . This is just right, being affordable but feature laden enough to tackle everything from basic shoots to something more pro-sumer.
