Great product!
I work 12 hours shifts and so on my work days I am not home for any of my cats meals. This feeder works great for them. You can portion out each meal and it even records your 10 second message that plays before the food falls down into the bowl. Highly recommend!

Hard to program half portions
Very difficult to program half portions. My dogs needed more than 1 portion but less than 2. Disliked that the filter constantly falls off into the food.

Fiddly
This was a “well, it’s on sale” purchase to see if an auto feeder would work with my cats. It does.This feeder was a little fiddly to program. I don’t use it on battery – it is plugged into the wall. My younger cat has figured out how to get it to dispense food a little at a time throughout the day and has figured out how to get the lid of the hopper to pop off (he’s very clever and always convinced he’s starving). I’ve had to get creative on ways to block him from the feeder.The piece that hold the metal bowls isn’t securely attached, so, to keep my evil genius cat from losing them, I’ve gorilla taped them to the base.Overall, it is stable, so he hasn’t fully knocked it over – he pushes it all over the place, even when the hopper is full.I don’t think I’d buy this again, mostly because my younger cat is a pest.

Well maybe not any but most! This is exactly what I was looking for, I wanted to continue to use the slow feeder bowls I already have. This feeder works well and packs into itself nicely.

The motor in our feeder malfunctioned one week before we were meant to travel for the holidays. I emailed HoneyGuardian customer service and explained the situation. They were very prompt and timely in providing us trouble shooting instructions and assured us that if they didnât work we would get it replaced in time for our travel plans. Well, today is Dec 23, we just received the new warranty feeder last night and we fly out tomorrow morning. We are so pleased with the excellent customer service we received from HoneyGuardian. They are compassionate and care that their customers receive a first-class product thatâs accompanied by first-class service. The feeder itself is great and we have had no other issues with it so far and love it. If you buy this feeder for no other reason, but it because the company clearly backs up its product and they take both the warranty and customer care very seriously.

You can record your own message when itâs feeding time, you can set multiple feeds, adjustable portions sizes so itâs healthy for the cats. I had to put mine on a stool so that the dishes were level with their heads (so they donât throw up) so thatâs the only design flaw. Seems to keep the food fresh with a rubber seal lid. Itâs a light plastic design so if your cat is crafty and tries to get into the food, they could knock it over. I still love this purchase and would recommend. The video features one portion. It can dispense multiple portions for feeding time so you get exactly the amount you want.

Meine beiden Katzen fahren voll auf das Teil ab! Sie bekommen Cracker zweimal am Tag portioniert in diesem Fotoautomat. Er ruft die Namen der zwei mit dem Text den ich drauf gesprochen habe . Die Katzen hören und wenn es dann reinfällt in die Futterschale kommen sie sofort angerannt. Wirklich dieses Teil ist sehr zu empfehlen.
