Good tv for the price
Overall, it’s not a bad TV for how much money it cost. As for the clarity of the picture. It’s really nice and clear and sharp. The size of the TV I got fit perfectly for my knees and it’s pretty sturdy. Asked for the price honestly it’s an amazing cheap 4K TV that does the job and at the same time you get a really amazing picture. As for connecting everything up it’s pretty easy to go through and you will not have any problems getting stuck setting it up at all (my seven-year-old helped me set it up because he wanted to learn how to do something so I walked him through on how to set up a TV so if my kid can do it so can you. This TV does come with a lot of features and some hidden ones if you know where to look like if you go into the settings part for the TV you can make the sound and picture quality even more enhanced. Also for people who are having problems when you get this TV when you try to open up the Apple TV app it won’t let you login or might be giving you some other type of error the best way to fix it is this. If you have already downloaded the app on the TV and it’s giving you errors and you’ve already done the delete option and reinstall and that doesn’t work or even doing the unplugging TV option and it still doesn’t work Here is a different way around it. You will need to reset the TV back to factory settings and when it comes to downloading the Apple TV app if there is a one week free trial available take it because you can always cancel it in your Amazon app. It will allow you to download the app and then it will give you a QR code to scan on the screen scan it then enter in your information if it asked for it, but it will load up and then you can click on the login for yourself. If you already have this app then you be able to login and watch the Apple TV very simple and easy a notification will show up telling you that you have two subscriptions for Apple TV. Just click the cancel button to deny the one week trial. Also make sure that you log into your Amazon account and cancel the one week subscription that’s if you already have a subscription to Apple TV if you don’t have a subscription then keep it and enjoy. If this is your first time setting up the TV after taking it out of the box then just download the Apple TV app and if it offers you the one week free trial just click on it and accept. You can always cancel it in your Amazon account after you finish downloading it. You will see a QR code on your TV scan it finish setting it up and like before if you have an account already with Apple TV just cancel the one week trial and it will automatically take your existing Apple TV subscription. If you don’t have the subscription already, then you have no problems Just click play and enjoy.

Gorgeous graphics and sound quality
I finally upgraded from my tiny 720p college TV and I have never loved watching TV more. High quality graphics and much more visible than the 32 inch one I had before. It was so easy to set up, super entertaining, and has an easy remote. I like that it turns off automatically when no one is watching for a long time, because the startup time for this TV is no more than 5-7 seconds, so it isn’t a pain and saves power! The TV also offers all the regular streaming platforms and YouTube for TV. Definitely a good investment, peep my cat watching us play Mario Party in the pic- she gives it 5 stars too.

Insigna and best buy do not honor warranty
Product worked fine for 4 months, then completely stopped showing picture. Insignia will not respond to warranty requests, best buy does respond but says contact insignia. Insignia’s website says contact best buy for support. They’ve had me waiting for almost 3 weeks to file a simple warranty claim right now.
It’s an ok TV when it works but when something goes wrong neither the seller or manufacturer support their product.
Ironically the seller (Best Buy) and the manufacturer (Insignia) are also the same company, Insignia is a fully owned subsidiary of Best Buy, so when Best Buy refuses to provide warranty service on an Insignia TV and tells you to call Insignia, that is actually Best Buy telling you to call another division of Best Buy and refusing to honor a warranty on something they manufactured.
Edit: now nearly at the 1 month point, neither Best Buy or their fully owned subsidiary Insignia has done anything at all to honor their warranty and they’ve refused to supply their legal address for a small claims court claim repeatedly.
Edit2: now Best Buy is now scheduled to come to my house a full month after the tv broke to verify it is broken, despite Best Buy claiming they couldn’t do anything because only the manufacturer could. The manufacturer is fully owned by Best Buy. Their warranty “service” let a full month of my warranty period expire before they would even schedule a repair. If you buy this TV do not expect any sort of timely warranty services nor should you expect Best Buy or Amazon to do anything to help if the product fails. Won’t ever trust Best Buy again to honor any warranty after seeing how they handle the company they own.
Edit 3: now up to having to contact insignia support 22 total times by email and Best Buy over 10 times by amazon support, still refuse to give me an RMA number for the TV or address to ship it back, and are demanding that I let them come to my home in a 6 hour window that I did not want for them to attempt to repair it in my home when I do not want them to come here and I requested to ship it back or bring it to their store. If you need warranty service expect 30+ messages over a 1 month period plus 6 more hours of your time to be required by Best Buy before they will attempt a repair on your broken TV and do not expect Amazon to honor their a-z guarantee.
Edit 4: after a full month Best Buy/Insignia sent two technicians to my house. I had to be here for them for a 6 hour window. They took the same pictures Insignia had already requested that I had already sent and did absolutely nothing at all to fix the TV. A few hours later they texted me a RMA code with no instructions as to how to use it. I contacted Insignia support with the code and it’s been over 2 days and they haven’t responded. It’s been over a month, I’ve had to waste 6-8 hours to attempt to get support on a broken TV produced by Best Buy themselves and still absolutely nothing is fixed and they’re not responding for days at a time. They make warranty service this much trouble on purpose so that people will give up so they can avoid honoring their terms of sale.
