While there is a small learning curve, especially when it comes to downloading videos, the footage is absolutely CRAZY with the ability to pan around while the video is running! Thereâs nothing like it. Best Buy ever!

Insta360 has made some incredible cameras in their short history but the Insta360 X3 has to be one of the best. They have taken some of what their higher end 1″ 360 camera had (which I also own) and put it in a body like the previous X models to make a supercharged action 360 camera. There is something nothing else even close to this for its capabilities, features, and quality.Having the nice big screen is huge for action since you can easily change what you need to while on the go while also seeing what the camera sees, without having to get super close and squint like with some other competitor non-360 cameras.The footage and images this thing puts out are just fantastic and it is super durable as well. I will grab this for some outings before I will touch the 1″ 360 camera, thanks to the X3’s durability and waterproofing.Plus, the Insta360 app has been amazing, kind of like giving you a studio in your pocket for right after you captured your awesome footage.The Insta360 X3 has a new 1/2 sensor which gives better low light performance and greater detail, something that even the new GoPro HERO 11 does not offer. The higher megapixel count gives greatly detailed photographs as well, in addition to giving you extra space to crop in.Anyway, I currently own 4 Insta360 cameras as well as other action cameras and I can tell you – the Insta360 X3 is the one to have. If you don’t want 360 footage all the time, the new X3 you can also shoot single-lens mode to capture just one direction, great for if you don’t want to reframe the 360 footage and you just want to capture one direction.For all your action or any kind of on-the-go photo/video needs, the Insta360 X3 will check every box and, when combined with the Insta360 app, you will have a go-anywhere studio that gives you views, angles, and images that you cannot get with any other camera. Give it a try!I will update this more after I have used it for some other activities as well.

Pretty awesome!
The video includes all that it came with buying the kit for the Mountain Bike or just nah regular bike!The camera is the best quality I have seen for a while and it captures great images! Itâs easy to operate and itâs waterproof! It fits well on the chest! Functionality wise is very high speed and it doesnât glitch! I recommend it. Canât wait to post my trail rides that Iâve captured so far.

Best camera I’ve owned for action shots
I’ve been using GoPro for years and they are still awesome for action shots, but this camera is on another level. the mounting options are great, the sound is great, and the picture is by far the best I’ve seen on an action camera. The versatility of mounting and the 360 movement of the shots are hands down the best for getting any angle of shot. Easy to setup and easy to use especially for someone who has done no homework on this camera and bought it on a whim to try it out. Would recommend to anyone that does any MotoSports or needs to video action shots from any angle.

Still Not Easy to Use ð
Insta360 continues to be intrusive. I should not have to download an app and allow my data to be accessed. Why do you need my contacts. … marketing data grab. Setup is still buggy and my camera froze. There’s a lot of do this do that try again n again. 𤨠The app is not easy to use. It’s still basic and requires a lot of time. If I shoot 360 then it should be able to download as 360 so then I can view it like I shot it and upload it without wasting time. It’s not that simple. Stop making us have to “activate” in order to use a camera. I had the same issues with the One R. It’s an expensive paperweight.As for the camera it’s nicely constructed. The form factor is a nice break from the rectangular box. Alla back in the day form factor of mini camcorder recorders. The picture quality is good but not great. It is quite soft. Audio is good. The touchscreen is nice and works well. I like it and will be using it single lens quite a lot. Image stabilization is great. And it’s waterproof. It’s a good camera ð¤³There is no auto rotate in single lens. Can’t mount it upside-down. The camera gets quite warm. I imagine in summer it’s hot. Battery life is ok could be better. 1hr or so. There is no lens cover or protection included. A pouch thing is included. May look for a cage or case but they could have included a simple lens cover like they did with the One R but I guess they decided on a pouch.I like the camera but don’t like the forced use of their app. It’s so intrusive. I had to turn off a lot of my security just to activate this. Therefore it gets 1 star and at $500 it should be simpler and faster to do a 360 video. Good camera bad app. 𫤠Another issue is they require a signature. If you’re going to do that you need to give us working folks an option to electronically sign off. I specifically ordered this to arrive on a weekend so I would be home. It did not arrive on time and I had to take a day off on short notice just so I could sign off because it was delayed. How am I suppose to buy more Insta360 products if I don’t make money …. ð«¡

Camera is amazing but lenses are easy to scratch
The video quality is amazing along with their editing software. They make it super easy to upload and edit your videos. The battery lasts about as long as I expect it to for a camera of this caliber, the 360 aspect uses a lot of extra power but can still get 5 hr of filming on one charge. My only problem with the camera is how easy it is for the lenses to scratch, mine got scratched first day out of the box and now I have to send it back to get fixed for an extra charge.
