Good seal, kept food fresh
I initially purchased this product and was really impressed with its design and functionalityâit worked perfectly for my needs. I like that it has wheels for easy movement and it is large for lots of food. However, my curious puppy found the lid to be a tempting chew toy and managed to gnaw right through it! While the rest of the product held up well, the chewed lid rendered it less useful. To solve the problem, I purchased a stainless steel replacement. The stainless steel is much more durable and completely puppy-proof, so I donât have to worry about my little troublemaker getting into it again. Overall, Iâd recommend this product, but if you have a destructive dog then I would go with a stainless steel.

I highly recommend. Great price. The storage capacity is almost accurate. I buy a 48 lbs bag of dogs food. I don’t know if it will hold 54 lbs like said. The Durability is a nice thick study plastic container. I did struggling to snap the lid on the container. Very easy to use and keep your pets food away from pest and also keeps it fresh.Your Doberman mom

40 lb size container will not fit 40lb bag of dog food , order 54 lb size.
I ordered these 40lb. containers because of the reviews to store dogfood. The dogfood I buy comes in 34lb & 37.5 lb bags. These containers are small. There is NO way my dog food will fit in these containers.Although they look well made. They have a sealing strip around the inside of the lid for an airtight fit.40 LB CONTAINER WILL NOT FIT 40 LBS OF DOG FOOD.UPDATE….The company refunded my order. Thankyou very much for standing by your product!!!I did order the bigger 54lb size and it does fit a large size 37.5lb. & 40lb bag of Purina Pro Plan easily. So if you have big bags of food order this big 54lb. size container to save yourself the trouble. I really like these. The lid seals nicely and rolls easily. The plastic is a good thickness. These will last a long time. (hopefully) The photo shows the size differences between 40lb & 54 lb sizes.

Fits all the dog food from a 30 lb bag and still have room. Didn’t put the wheels on because it sits on a counter top in laundry room, very nice and so convient.

Does the trick, keeps moths out of chicken and cat food, but hinges a little flimsy
They store a Kirkland bag of cat food or large bag of chicken feed easily, easy to move around on the rollers, but the top hinge connection for the lid could be better designed. When grandkids come and want to feed the animals they let the top lid flop back, and it’s wearing out the hinge. But overall, great solution for animal feed.

After unboxing, just have to add the wheels to the bottom. Less than five minutes to set up. Easy to move around with the wheels. Thick plastic material and the clasp lock on the lid works great. We buy 50lb bags of food and pour it directly in the bin. Easily stored next to dog bowls.

Llegó en tiempo y forma.La tapa no llegó unida a su bisagra, pero no tuve problemas para unirla al bote. Además, lo que mantiene hermético al bote es esponja (asà cómo la esponja que colocan en las puertas para que no entre el aire) supongo que hay que tener cuidado de no mojarlo mucho para que no pierda rápido su forma.Sobre sus ruedas son fáciles de instalar y ruedan bien en un piso liso. (Aún no sé cómo funcione cargando los 11kg.) pero se ven de una calidad acorde al precio.Sobre el plástico del bote, lo veo bien, resistente . No creo que se deforme al momento de llenarlo por completo.Yo compré el bote porque siempre compramos 1 bolsa de 7.5kg y creo que no tendré problema por mucho tiempo para cuidar las croquetas ð
