works perfectly for my dog
these flax seeds have been helping my dog with her urinary incontinence issues. I grind 1 teaspoon every day to sprinkle on her dinner and it helps immensely. I have tried other brands of flax that were ineffective, so perhaps this brand is fresher or higher quality. It is now part of my subscription.

I use flaxseed as an addition to my diet. I get the flaxseed unground and then I grind it myself as needed. The cost of the Amazon-ordered flaxseed is considerably less than at the grocery store.

These arrived fresh, with no rancidity (a common problem with flaxseed because its fats/oils are very unstable and susceptible to oxidation, especially after being ground up), and a good flaxseed flavor. There’s minimal damaged kernels, no dust or plant debris, and practically no bad kernels (evident by discoloration or an almost powdery coating). So overall, the quality is mid to high quality. The only reason I wouldn’t buy this specific product again is because organic flaxseed can be found very cheap in bulk in my area so the price of this non-organic brand can’t compete. (I.e. you can find organic flaxseed for cheaper elsewhere.)
