My experience with the Burn-XT for Men & Women supplement unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations. Gives you energy but canât tell a difference for weight loss
It is easy to take. Just take one with a full bottle of water after eating breakfast. It doesnât take long for it to start working, by working I mean give you energy. I did not experience any jitters, but I was already used to around a 120mg caffeine intake and each pill has just a little more than that. I cannot tell that this helps you burn more calories or suppresses your appetite or cravings though. So, for the most part, in my opinion, this is just a caffeine pill that will give you more energy to get things done through the day. Iâm giving it three stars because it does give you energy, but itâs not a 4 or perfect 5 because it hasnât helped with anything else.

Great product at a fair price!
I have really been enjoying your product. A little back story is that I took a new position for work that landed me at a desk, and I began to see a dramatic increase in weight gain (I was up to 258 LBS) when I started using your Burn XT the results began to show on the scale in about 3 weeks. With a proper diet and mild exercise, I have already lost 19 pounds in the last 2 months. I will continue to use this product for a few mor months to see how far it will take me.

First and foremost, your reaction will not be the same as other people.IMO, I’ve been caffeine free since 2004. I tried this supplement in attempt to lose weight for my upcoming wedding. The things you’ll do for love…My personal experience: I started off taking one pill in the mornings with a small, small, meal, for a week. I noticed absolutely no effects or side-effects. So, I upped my dose to two pills.First off, caffeine is well known to cause respiratory issues. This I felt. I mean, it wasn’t bad. It was more like I just ran a mile; and, I don’t run unless it’s an emergency.Secondly, my appetite INCREASED. What? This is an appetite suppressant. I find myself hungrier now than ever.Energy, jitters? None to mention here. I figured going from caffeine-free to large caffeine uptake would send me crazy. Nope. I don’t notice any extra energy, nor anxiety or jitters. I’ve always had insomnia; so, I’m rating that this product has no effect on problems getting to sleep. And, my micro-sleeps are about as frequent as usual.Weight loss? Well, really, the product claims “increased fat loss”. Not weight loss. I’m 270lbs, solid. With a man-gut to match. I’ve been 270lbs for years, and I’m starting my 40s. Maybe I’m loosing fat weight and gaining muscle weight. Dunno; but, my weight hasn’t changed since I started this product.I could state that this product is a dud. But, I refuse to up my dose, again. Only for the respiratory issues.Maybe this product will work for you. But, for me, I’m just going to run this bottle out and search for another product.

Definitely good I can see and feel the difference is just a week
