Be careful⦠body aches
What made me want to buy cava is because I thought it would help me with my bipolar disorder I have severe anxiety and OCD within the bipolar disorder. I thought it would help. Call me or curate or make it more easier to move around the day they want to try and get immediately I started to see effects of soothingness within the first 17 minutes, but all of a sudden it stopped and I went back to my unstable mentality. I tried it again six hours later with Two more pills the first time I tried to as well I started to get a random pain in my chest and in my back and then it went to my feet. I tried it again the next day early in the morning around 5 AM and I receive the same payment in my back and in my leg, and in my feet, but for the second time, I tried it. I didnât feel any soothingness. It didnât work at all. I would recommend someone trying this for the first time only take one with 8 ounce of water and no food the second time if itâs too strong, then try one pill with food

For all those curious, I too was a skeptic. There are a lot of products out there that make extraordinary claims, but this one does indeed relieve anxiety and stress. It’s difficult to find kava without all of the added ingredients like ginseng – this is my go to. YES, YOU CAN FEEL THE EFFECTS!It calms my anxiety and soothes my stress in a very real way. Personally, I save it only for when I really need it but in those moments it’s a godsend and something I’m very grateful to be able to order online at the click of a button. I can take it before bed for a really solid sleep or I can take it in the afternoon if I’m having a influx of anxiety. All in all, this is one product I would legimately recommend. I consider it a very real stress management tool.UPDATE:It appears Nature’s Craft has both increased the price AND decreased the strength of this product (from 1400mg to 1000mg). While I enjoyed this product, price, and convenience… I think I will be trying out some other brands. I’m particularly interested in the brands that actually mention the % of the kavalactones that are included. A tincture perhaps.

Good product that works
This product is made of real Kava Kava. I have tried to stuff Pacific Islanders drink, and it is for sure Kava Kava, even stronger than the brewed form. It works as a sleep aid with rapid effect for me (10-15 mins roughly to kick in) and helps me sleep throughout the night. A few things to pay attention to: it does tend to make me hungry, so better to take with some food; it keeps me sleeping throughout the night, but sometimes I feel like I didn’t sleep at all, but when I wake up several hours have passed; and it does leave a bit of a hang-over in the morning. Rather groggy for about 1-2 hours (coffee helps).

Loving it!
This has become part of my evening routine for sure! I feel calm but not out of it in anyway. It does make me a little on the lazy tired side so I try to only take it if I don’t have to drive anywhere. I take it as soon as I get home at 6 because I noticed it takes a good 3 hours to take effect for me. Not sure if that is normal but around 9 is when I feel the most effect. It dies not carry into the next day and I have no problems waking up. I notice I don’t get easily worked up and just have a calming feeling. I am replacing my wine with these every night now!
